When ordering live aquarium products (e.g. plants and snails) online, finding ‘quality’ can be a challenge.

I bought four stunning Zebra Nerite snails from Cuaquatics and they arrived swiftly and in fantastic condition.

I was really happy with how quickly the order arrived when shipped, and there was obviously a lot of care and attention that went into the packaging which is great.

The only thing that could have been better handled at the start was that the dispatch times were longer than expected but once I had reached out the seller was very communicative and explained why there was a delay.

Ordered some Assassin snails to help clean up my tank. One day delivery fantastic, put the 5 in my tank straightaway. Left them over night to settle, this morning 4 are up and moving around one still acclimatising. Very happy with them so far !
