CTT Group Arvostelua

What made the experience great was how quickly and efficiently Sharon Grant was able to help me recently during a stressful time when my sister in law had suffered a cardiac arrest and was on a ventilator in a hospital over 100 miles away.
I needed some urgent Organ Donor information from my sister in law's stored will which I had set up and I had no access to the storage system.
Sharon acted swiftly and accurately and supplied me with the required information which allowed me in the Hospital to inform the Consultant of exactly what my sister in law's wishes were and these wishes were carried out to the tee.
Only the swift action from Sharon allowed this to happen at that very stressful time.
Well done Sharon, It was much appreciated

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the partnership team at Countrywide. They are punctual, efficient and always on hand if you need some guidance or advice. Thank you very much and keep it going.

The Partnership Team have been great for me. They are friendly, open, engaging, and always happy to help with whatever query I have for them.

I look forward to working more closely with them in the coming years and help my clients with their Estate Planning needs for years to come!

Abbie from The Estate Planning Team has been of great help and support, always going the extra mile

CTTC are great at providing comprehensive and complete answers to your enquiries.
They understand that it's those grey areas of a client's requirements which need to be treated carefully and they provide support and guidance which allow you to deliver the best solution you can.

Very helpful responses and information from Abbie Fellowes and Gurdeep Shokar of the Estate Planning Team.

Thank you both for your expertise and your patience!

The team have always been quick to help me and give a good indication of possible options and next steps.

Not all situations are just black and white - it is in the grey and nuance that things need to be worked out. CTTC can really help with that.

Many thanks to a speedy response from the Estate Planning team (and in particular 'Elizabeth S' on this occasion) with my recent query! I'm so grateful as a regular CW Legacy user to have expert support and knowledge readily available :) GB

My experience with the Partnership Team at CTT has been excellent. They have always been responsive and helpful in dealing with my queries, and I am more than happy to recommend them

The Partnerships Team have always been knowledgeable, supportive, responsive, and easy to contact. Happy to recommend them, as I have done numerous times before

Instantly responsive and helpful.

Replied to my email within minutes and helped me resolve my issue straight away.

Great Service, prompt response to technical enquires

Kirsten is simply brilliant! Thank you for the advice.

Hayley is very helpful, as always

The Processing Team are Fabulous as usual.
There are not many companies you can call these days and within 10 minutes an issue is resolved. The Processing Team have pulled it out of the bag yet again. Thank you George, the client was very happy.

A very big THANK YOU to Sharon and all of the Processing Team for all the help & assistance during 2024. Without all you do, we would find it a lot more difficult to do what we do.

The decision to employ Jonathan Maskew as Partnership Director has, in my opinion, been a very wise move. Jonathan provides a link between the estate planning consultants and CTT Group. He is always available for a chat and positively encourages feedback (both good and bad) as we are in this together and want the offering to be as user friendly and robust as possible.
He is very keen for everyone's businesses to thrive as we move towards a more digital style offering and he and the team will will assist in any way possible.
Please keep up the good work.

I have been impressed with Abbie in the estate planning team for some time now. Nothing is ever too much. She explains technical data in an easy to understand manner making it easy to explain to my clients. THANK YOU Abbie.

The partnership team is the "portal" to which the world of estate planning is accessed.
They do a great job of it too!

Elizabeth has been so helpful, professional and efficient in helping me with advice recently needed. Very quick to respond.

The Central Processing and Admin Department at CTTC are the most efficient teams in the group in my opinion. They say what they mean and mean what they say, hopefully all other teams in the group will follow suit.

Special Thanks to Wioletta who sorted everything out for me today.
