I recently completed the Level 3 Teaching Assistant course with Kaylie as the trainer, and I can honestly say it was one of the most rewarding professional development experiences I’ve had.

From the very beginning, Kaylie created a welcoming and supportive learning environment. She explained the course structure clearly, set realistic expectations, and ensured everyone felt comfortable contributing. Her depth of knowledge about the role of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant was evident throughout, and she consistently linked theory to real classroom practice, which made the content highly relevant and easy to apply.

One of the standout aspects of the course was Kaylie’s delivery style. She balanced professionalism with approachability, encouraging discussion and valuing everyone’s experiences. Complex topics such as safeguarding, supporting children with additional needs, and promoting positive behaviour were broken down into manageable sections, making them easier to understand and implement. She also provided practical examples and scenarios that reflected real school settings, which helped build confidence.

Kaylie was incredibly supportive with assignments and coursework. Her feedback was constructive, detailed, and motivating. She took the time to ensure everyone understood the requirements and was always available to answer questions or provide clarification when needed.

Overall, the Level 3 Teaching Assistant course was well-structured, informative, and empowering. Kaylie’s enthusiasm, expertise, and dedication made a significant difference to my learning experience. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their skills and confidence as a Teaching Assistant.

Great tutors and support which made the apprenticeship experience enjoyable and straightforward.

I completed my Level 3 team leader/supervisor apprenticeship with my assessor Ian Peal. He was so supportive throughout and managed to turn any nervousness into confidence for the next step. After having my assessor changed mid way through I am grateful that it was Ian, he gave my flexibility where needed, extra calls/ support before my EPA and guided me to be able to achieve a distinction. Thank you Ian, you are much appreciated!

Deanne was very helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout my apprenticeship.

My tutor Deanne was lovely and very helpful through the whole process. However the CT skills website itself was quite hard to navigate, the only improvement id make.

My experience doing my apprenticeship with CT Skills was brilliant, I couldn't fault my assessor Deanne S. She's been supportive throughout my learning and was always just 1 email away to answer any questions I had. I couldn't be more happy with my results and this really helped me get started and feel confident in my career. I couldn't recommend this training provider more.

Emma Whitby has supported me massively throughout my level 3 early years course, she has always been there to help me whenever i needed it and always made the calls positive. I couldnt of done it without such a supportive assesor that always believed in me even when i wasnt confident for example with passing my maths. I appreciate everything she has done to support me!

My assessor is excellent and highly valued by every training provider. However, the CT Skill website itself lacks user friendly features, making it somewhat difficult to navigate.”

The material was very well put together, with great examples to make the content more meaningful. I had a great instructor (Janet) who gave feedback each time, to steer my answers where needed and further reading to help consolidate my understanding. Fantastic support.

I have had Lucy as my assessor during my level 5 qualification. I am currently on my EPA and truly grateful for the support Lucy has given me throughout this. She has been very supportive and always there for help when needed. :)

I genuinely can't thank my tutor, Alison, for the support and knowledge she provided whilst I was completing my L3 Business Admin Apprenticeship. She really made the whole experience for me and helped me to get through the course especially motivating me during some of the difficult times in the course. My first tutor retired and Alison was then appointed my new tutor. She made the process as smooth as possible. The resources provided by CT Skills such as the mock assessments and knowledge booklets were very helpful and informative. Once again I'd like to thank Alison, she really was the overriding factor for why I passed my apprenticeship.

My level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing qualification has been a great experience throughout, I have been taught many skills that i can confidently apply in my future career.

Most of the things i am taught in the modules are directly applied to my workload and are a huge asset in this sense, as i get to not only learn them but use the skills in real world scenarios.

My Assessor Jo has been really good at relating the course content to best fit what i am doing from day to day, this has only reinforced the previous statement. Jo has also been very supportive throughout and provides detailed and Valuable Feedback on all assignments.

Had a great experience with Rachel at CTSkills. The whole course was very insightful Rachel was incredibly helpful and well educated. Was able to solve all my needs. The course was accessible and easy to navigate. Allowed me plenty of time to complete my assignments on time. Would definitely recommend this organisations again in the future.

I've had a great experience with CT skills and the tutor I've had supporting me! I've gained a lot of knowledge during my learning journey and I would definitely recommend this to others.

I have completed my Level 2 and undergoing my Level 3 as an Early Years Practitioner. I've had Lucy as my assessor, she is one of the best tutors I have come across. Lucy is super kind, supportive and patient, she has always believed in me even during times I didn't. She motivates me to do my best and has helped achieve distinction, she is always lively and positive during our one to one. I am forever grateful for working alongside CT skills as my training provider and would definitely reccommend to others! Thanks for everything!

My assessor was lovely. She gave me wonderful advice and was kind and helpful in all aspects from teams meetings to emails. I enjoyed my time with CR skills and hope I can continue with them on a level 3 apprenticeship next. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without my assessor’s support, picking me up when I found things tricky and really encouraging me to work hard for a distinction. I am so very grateful to have been working alongside you.
