Knowledgeable and very professional. Excellent service

I would highly recommend Chris Connolly. He is very knowledgeable, polite, punctual and explains everything he is doing. Customer care and communication before and after our Annual check was great, and we will definitely be using him again in the future.

Got Chris out to look at my boiler and try and fix it, but beyond repair, Chris tried for over an hour trying but to no avail. Gave me advice on what to do next and explained every thing in great detail.

I will be using Chris again and would recommend him to any one else. 5*+

Chris came out at a couple of hours notice after rearranging his appointments on a freezing January day to have a look at our Valiant combi boiler which had developed a fault and was inoperable he not only solved the problem but serviced the boiler as well a fantastic service from a knowledgeable and friendly guy.

Chris services my elderly mum and dad’s boiler,he turned up when he said he would and explained everything to my dad he was very polite and patient with my dad which means a lot , I would definitely recommend him to anyone (Yvonne )

I contacted Chris when pipes to/from our boiler were leaking which came through the ceiling soaking the room below. He managed to squeeze us in & do a temporary fix until he could return. On returning he not only fixed the issue but made a few adjustments so it hopefully shouldn’t happen again & also gave the boiler a service.
Chris was professional yet friendly and explained everything, it’s difficult finding trustworthy tradespeople but Chris certainly is & would definitely recommend him. Wouldn’t hesitate on using again in the future, thanks again

Standard of work excellent, arrived promptly at agreed time. Went above and beyond with advice and helpful regarding efficiency in energy use

He came on time quoted us then came on time to undertake the work. The work proved to be bigger than expected due to previous bad workmanship. He informed us giving us options.
At all times he communicated well and undertook the job on time and to a very high standard.
I am recommending him to friends and family.

Had Chris and his colleague replace boiler in loft. They did a great job and were very tidy and polite. He called before he arrived on time. Would use him again explained how to use everything. Good workmen are hard to find.

I have used Chris several times now and would highly recommend him to everyone. Very professional, very careful not to make any mess and will certainly use him again

Already had Chris in to do a boiler service , arranged for him to come back and fit a radiator , great tradesman , very knowledgable , reliable and honest , very tidy , went over on his estimated time but just charged us what he had quoted previous , top bloke , will definitely use again .

Chris was great throughout the process from first booking in the job, calling in advance of arriving and explaining what he was doing throughout the boiler service while also making recommendations to get the best results from our boiler.

Chris came to complete a boiler service today. He rang before he arrived to give me warning, as promised, and was polite and friendly. The job was completed thoroughly with some great advice and very well priced. Would highly recommend and will definitely use his services again in the future.

Chris arranged an appointment to suit our work schedules for a boiler service. He was very efficient and thorough, resolved some issues we were having with the central heating while he was here too. Very professional and we'll definitely use him again.
