Not sure the advertising is as honest as maybe it should be. I booked a “new luxury apartment in Marleybone”. Firstly, while refurbished, the property is not new. Secondly, this is not in the heart of Marleybone and the associated vibe. It’s north of the Edgware Road (very different vibe). On arrival the property had a congregation of people outside smoking and groups of guys hanging around. It just didn’t feel great. The property itself feels like a “ block of flats” and in the apartment, the view from the living room window is straight into another flat. I chose not to stay at the property and booked somewhere else. I wouldn’t trust the advertising of this company.
