Cryzor Arvostelua

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I want to share my entirely positive experience with Cryzor Sneaker Store, as some negative reviews had initially made me hesitant. In retrospect, however, I can say: Everything worked perfectly and completely reliably for me.
I ordered Nike sneakers from Cryzor. Delivery was quick and problem-free. Unfortunately, the first order was in the wrong size, and the shoes didn't fit. So I contacted customer service – and I was really pleasantly surprised!

The support team was immediately available, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They offered me the option of keeping the shoes, as a return to England would apparently be more expensive. At the same time, Cryzor sent me a new pair in the correct size free of charge. This replacement shipment arrived today – also without any delay.

So now I own two pairs of original Nike sneakers, one of which fits perfectly. The other pair is even still new and can be resold. The shoes are worth about €188 – I've never received anything like this as a gift before!
I'm truly impressed by how straightforward and customer-oriented Cryzor was. Despite the negative reviews I'd read online beforehand, everything went absolutely smoothly for me. I want to actively contribute to a more realistic picture of this shop, because my own purchase – including the return – couldn't have gone better.

In conclusion:

Fast delivery
100% authentic shoes
Excellent customer service
Accommodating and generous handling of problems
For me, Cryzor is a trustworthy and highly recommended shop. I would order from them again anytime.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!

I bought a pair of New Balance sneakers from this website as they were priced slightly better than I had found on other sites - but not so cheap that it made me suspicious that something was up.

First of all, it took more than 2 weeks for my order to arrive, which these days is a long time when typically companies are delivering between 1-4 days, even with standard shipping.

Anyway, upon opening my order I immediately could see that the wrong item had been sent - correct model of sneakers but wrong colour (annoying but OK this can happen, no worries, I'll just return them). As soon as I picked up the shoe my immediate feeling is that they are fake - I've bought a lot of New Balance and these didn't feel quite right, the shoe felt lighter than usual. I could be wrong so don't take my word for it.

I emailed Cryzor support to ask how I can return the item for a refund and they were very prompt in replying and apologising for the mistake. They asked me to send some pictures of the shoes as proof that they are not the item I purchased, which I immediately did. Again, they replied quickly to say that they will speak to the warehouse about stock of the correct item. By this point, I had my suspicions about the authenticity of the product, so I emphasised to them that I am seeking a return/refund, not an exchange.

This is was now 2 weeks ago and, despite a number of follow up emails from me, I have received no further communication from Cryzor. This is when I tried to find a phone number for Cryzor, but there's nothing available online (very suspicious). I decided to check TrustPilot reviews and saw a number of people who had similar experiences - wrong item sent, no further contact after you request a refund. I REALLY wish that I'd checked TrustPilot before giving these thieves £150 of my money, that I now realise I'll never see again.

I will be reporting this company to the Trading Standards Authority in the UK. I don't expect this will help me to get my money back but hopefully it can help to initiate an investigation into this company and help others not to be scammed in future.

Honestly, I'm kicking myself that I was stupid enough to purchase from a random company that I'd never heard of before. Please do not make the same mistake as me!

BESTEL HIER NIET!!
Dure sneakers besteld.

They saying out of stock choose another item.
I dont want another time i wanna my money back!

Scam, they will lose contact once you want to return your purchase

FAKE WEBSITE. Doesn't deliver and uses suspicious startegies,m delivering unknown parcel after weeks even though i got money back for fraudolent transaction from Paypal. STAY AWAY, the site looks real, even seems to have a real Support Center, but stolen photos, now trying to making it look more real, but it's all scam. In Italy they use also an address (real) but of a FAKE PHYSICAL STORE in Crotone. STAY AWAY, gonna notify to autorities the website hoping to protect people.

Scam website. Doesn't deliver the product. And you'll lose contact once you want your money back.

Beautiful and quality material! Better than expected and will shop again!!

Quality of clothes is excellent, delivery took a while but seller kept me well informed

The shopping experience was great. The clothing is great quality and I love it. Thxs so much. Will be shopping here again.

Ordered a lovely white hooded cardigan, perfect fit, lovely and cosy, looks perfect either dress or casual. Love it .

I was a bit skeptical to order from this company. I took the leap and ordered and I am so glad that I did. Everything I ordered came exactly as described and fits perfectly! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Love the sweater and came relatively fast

Lovely cardigan exactly how it looks on the picture and true to size. I love it

Love the sweater but it isn’t oversized

I’m a small normally and because it was advertised as oversized I didn’t size up. I wish I had ordered a medium cuz it fits but it’s tight. (I’m 5.6 and 125 pounds) I love the sweater though! It’s definitely worth the buy! 💜💜

I love this purchase so warm and comfy. Great purchase for me.
