Pioneering water filtration technology since 1994
We make high-quality water the standard.
Crystal Quest has designed and hand-assembled water filtration systems in Georgia since 1994, under an ISO 9001 quality management system. We build everything from a countertop pitcher to full-scale desalination, and because we are the manufacturer, we match each system to the water it will treat instead of selling one product to everyone.

Why customers choose Crystal Quest
| ✓ | Designed and hand-assembled in the USA. Our systems are engineered and built in Georgia, not imported and relabeled. |
| ✓ | Built under ISO 9001, with NSF-certified components. A quality management system covers how every system is designed, assembled, and tested before it ships. |
| ✓ | Guaranteed Performance. When we recommend a system for your water, we guarantee the contaminant reduction it was chosen for. |
| ✓ | Factory-direct pricing. You buy from the factory that designs and builds the system, so there is no distributor or reseller markup in between. We pass that saving to you. |
| ✓ | Fast, free shipping. Most orders ship within a day or two, and residential orders over $150 ship free within the lower 48 states. |
| ✓ | Commercial and industrial grade, at every size. The same engineering and quality that go into our commercial and industrial systems go into every whole house and point of use system. A small system gets the same expertise as a plant. |
| ✓ | Matched to your water. Our specialists size a system from your water source, your concern, your space, and your flow needs, whether it is a home, a business, or a plant. |
| ✓ | Real people, for as long as you own the system. We do not just sell you a system. Our U.S. based specialists are with you every step of the way, by phone, email, and chat: choosing the right system, installation, and the ongoing care after it, for as long as you have it. Every system carries a one year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. |

Hi Tom, we understand the frustration of waiting longer than expected for your delivery. Your order was placed Friday evening before Labor Day and was fulfilled on Tuesday, September 8, the first business day after the holiday weekend. USPS accepted the package the same day, and its tracking subsequently reported a delay in transit.
While we cannot control USPS transit times or delivery schedules, our team is always here to help follow up on the shipment if needed. If you'd like additional assistance, contact us at help@crystalquest.com so that we can best assist. We appreciate your patience and hope your filters arrive shortly.

Excellent after-sales service
Excellent after-sales service. They respond quickly, provide great support, and really know their products inside and out. Shipping is fast, and the products are well-made and easy to install. Most importantly, the filters do an excellent job of removing contaminants that other filters may let through. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the customer service.
