We are proud to be offering a fully regulated, Nurse led ear care clinic in the South Tyneside and Sunderland area. We specialise in ear wax removal using Microsuction technology, irrigation and instrumentation. Our clinic is based in the heart of Whitburn Village and provides an environment that is relaxed and responsive to patients needs. We are passionate that ear care should be accessible to all patient groups, by also offering mobile clinics to care facilities and the house bound. Crystal Clear was founded by our experienced registered Nurse Rebecca Shields, with over 17 years of providing ear care in the community. Rebecca always strives to deliver the highest standard of care to patients and prioritises a personalised and holistic approach to ear care and wax removal. Our passion is to collaboratively work with NHS services and enhance ear care within the local community.

professional, caring, attentive service

Such a professional, caring, attentive service. Everything is explained, the process is easy and painless and the attention to detail is exemplary!
If you have any ear issues, do go to the Crystal Clear Ear Clinic. The name is perfect, my hearing is now crystal clear! Thank you.

Quick and efficient hearing care

This was my first visit to get my ears checked... one was blocked. I had been to my local GP and had recieved a very cool, couldn't care attitude ... so I decided to go to Crystal clear (after a recommendation from their local pharmacy)
Rebecca was friendly efficient and gave a full explanation of the treatment. She made it a simple routine, which cured my condition immediately. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and disabilty awareness

This clinic provided me with good and confidential one to one service. I am visually impaired and I found the practitioner accommodated my disibility well.

After treatment, Crystal Clear Ears improved my hearing with almost immediate effect. In my view, this clinic is doing everything right, providing a particularly speedy service at an affordable price.

Ear blocked

First time and problem sorted straightaway. Rebecca was reassuring and explained everything doing. Only problem is I can now hear my daughter moaning at me!
