I originally called the Waterford company to purchase champagne flutes. As they do not offer engraving, which I specified, I was referred to Crystal Classics for the purchase and engraving. I am thrilled to have been given that recommendation. I put in an order and was given selections for type of engraving and font style. Before placing the order, fortunately, I was sent an image of the monogramming I had chosen. I decided to make a change which they immediately accommodated for me. The beautiful flutes were then delivered shortly after. Highest praise for the communication and service I received from Crystal Classics!

I received an email with a discount code for 10% on my order and despite multiple attempts the discount code did not work. I have now made 2 order where I received the discount code email and it didn’t work
