Ordered a cake topper for my son's birthday. My order never updated to state it was dispatched. Contacted the company a week later to make enquiries about my order and heard nothing. Order never arrived. I contacted the seller for a refund, but still no contact. Poor service, would never order again.

There were some delivery delays due to royal mail issues but the seller was fantastic and responded really quickly to text messages, including sending the tracking information. I understand they have had some issues with live chat but texting as requested on the website worked perfectly. The item is amazing, even better than expected and will make a wonderful addition to my Mum's birthday cake

Haven't received goods as promised no refund stay well clear

I ordered a cake topper for my daughter's birthday.

I was told it had been despatched.

When I contacted the vendor to enquire about it, she said that it had been sent but she'd had problems with royal mail delivering, but had not sent it via any form of recorded delivery so was unable to track it.

She said to contact her again if it did not turn up and she would give me a refund.

I did then contact her twice more to request the refund (weeks later nothing has arrived) and she has just ignored me.

No refund, no cake topper.

I am out of pocket.

I wouldn't order from her unless you're willing to risk losing your money and not receiving the product.

Ordered a cake topper 6 weeks in advance. Never received. Text a week before it was needed to ask where it was and received apology and promise I would receive by today. Still nothing and now not responding so my son’s birthday cake is ruined. 😢

Also been scammed by this scum bag. Ordered a week ago. Text me to say they would deliver on time and then no topper and no further comms. Disgusting human being

DO NOT BUY. SCAM. Wish I had read the reviews saying this. No reply, no product and no refund. Money I can't afford and special birthday cake without a topper

Ordered off the website got confirmation email. Nearly 2 weeks down the line and I don’t have the topper for a cake order I have!
I have text the number provided who say they’re out of office and would be sent next day but nothing still!
AVOID! I will be claiming the money back off my bank!

Made me custom cake toppers for my nieces christening . They were absolutely beautiful

Product hasn’t been delivered even though I made the order nearly 2 weeks ago. Claimed they were sending another one out but nothing has arrived. They are now ignoring my messages asking for a refund. Avoid this business.

Asked to order via text due ro urgency. Assured order would be ready. Texts to see when I needed to send address for delivery and payment. No answer of messages and no product!!
