It took 3-4 months for the package to arrive, even though they told me it was shipped. They ignored three of my messages and only answered the fourth when I saw they only answered the bad reviews on Facebook, and I did the same. The quality of the jacket is also awful, my zipper broke after about two months of usage.
It is incredible how they are still a functioning brand.

never received my jacket for several months after constant contact, told it would be shipped but never came. terrible service. ordered non-pre order yet jackets from pre-order came and mine didn't.

I ordered a jacket. after 3 months of waiting it finally arrived but it was a bit too short. i asked if i could refund it or change it to another size. but they completely refuse. The jacket is a nice quality but the service is so bad.

Its Literally so bad. I ordered my jacket before 3 months and i havent got it. I dmed them like 50 times or more often. After bullshiting with them i just told them i will call my credit card company and then THEY FINALLY GAVE ME MY REFUND.

I really hope for them that their company goes broke

I ordered a puffer jacket about 2 months ago, and I still haven't gotten an email saying that it has shipped, I have dm'ed them on Instagram many times, and they always replied with, sorry it will ship next week, they said the same thing 7 times. Honestly, it's horrible.

It’s been 7 months since i bought my jacket from this awfully bad brand. I’ve read reviews on different places, people stating they have stolen their money and never recieved their jackets. Them stating they need time and space, even tho they keep releasing new stuff, without caring about their customers not recieving the product.
It’s a total scam, and they don’t reply to a single customer support message on mail or discord. If they answer, they ask the same questions over and over.
Awful brand, giant scam.

J’ai commandé la white puffer jacket il y a maintenant plus de 6 mois pour un montant de 200€, après de multiples relance via dm ou email, encore aujourd’hui aucune nouvelle, je me suis fais volé 200€ par une marque tellement connu et visiblement sure d’après leurs nombreux consommateurs, un conseil fuyez vite cette marque !!!

loll, shi is whack. ordered my puffer 2 month ago and i still haven’t received any confirmation of shipping. mailed them but they never replied until i send them a dm where i was mad af. but then still they replied with some automatic message and i never got a personal solution.

Order made in February, no delivery after 3 months, client service does not reply, tracking nr sent not working, impossible to get any meaningful answer concerning the order. Avoid them.

It took 3 months for my jacket to arrive. They didn’t answer any mails or dm. At first I thought I was getting scamed but the jacket actually came. Not worth the wait

My worst drop shopping experience so far. No customer service, no imprint on website, delivery promises not kept, parcel tracking number not working...Don't shop there, unless you're looking forward to having your winter jacket delivered in the summer.

Jeg bestilte min jakke i starten af oktober da det var en “Pre order” på 3 uger. Jeg skrev til dem og de sagde at den var igang med at blive sendt. Efter 20 dage hvor jeg stadig ikke har fået en mail at deb er på vej skrev jeg igen… de har nu ikke svaret i 10 dage og det er den 12. Dec
