order # 3134 I ordered a pitbull dog mug, small pitbull yard flag and large pitbull yard flag on 12/17/2021...Only received pitbull dog mug on 1/7/2022. NO flags in small box. Shipping confirmation sent to me indicating items sent with tracking, However, only 1 of 3 items in box. I spent $72.84 total...mug cost $16.95....the cheapest thing in the order. NO email or contact from this company telling me they could only send 1 item. No refund either. I have reached out to them today 1/10/22 asking them where is the rest of my order. I will update this review or write another one, once they respond.

Good quality posters!!! Took a bit longer than expected, but worth the wait. Good communication. Would order from this company again and would definitely recommend to others

I purchased Waterskiing Knowledge poster. There was a date error/typo on the poster in the History section. The poster advertised on their website does NOT have same typo. There were also some double printed letters. I contacted customer service and they were very vague/unresponsive. They said they would send a new one but that was months ago. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

It was worth the wait. I am very please with Crushpoint and the quality of the poster! However, through no fault of Crushpoint... from the date of purchase to arrival took 18 days! Happy Holidays.

1. Ordered product but they never forwarded shipping info. Sent email to paypal address & customer service on website no reply. Got paypal involved and finally received shipping confirmation.
2. Company sends out "how we did survey" before item is even in my hand..
3. Got item (Maryland state flag and USA flag merged) and I can still smell the ink. There are blotches of black ink on the white/red "le fleurs" pattern of the Maryland flag and blotches of black ink on the yellow/black checkerboard pattern of the Maryland flag. In short they never dried the flag sufficiently after printing. NOT SATISFIED!
4. Website lists company located in California...shipping came from China. Should have been CLEARLY STATED...would not have ordered. Bad communication, bad service, item not good quality/nothing like what was displayed.

It’s fast, it’s well priced, it’s properly packaged, it’s previewed, it’s beautiful and it’s over the bed. Five stars.

It’s Ben 17 days still not receive a shipping confirmation, plus got a e mail saying it would take 15 days to get it so to me a company that takes over 35 days to get a product but yet accept your money right away is a pore company.example I don’t pay for my groceries 35 days in advance…

Posters are decent! Great quality. though they are super rolled so it takes a bit to flatten them.

Not happy. Didn’t get the size I wanted and payed for and didn’t receive the refund for the smaller size. The poster also has a spelling mistake on it. Eys instead of eyes on the chakra poster.

I’d like a new one with the correct spelling.

Ordered & paid for September 28th. October 8th still showing “unfulfilled” despite being PAST the allotted time on their website for delivery. I should have had it by now. Tried to email them @ their customer service email. Mailer Daemon returned mail “ recipient not found” SCAM SCAM charging my purchase back - don’t wait the 30 days they tell you to wait or you will be screwed.

Order a Math Map poster Received quickly and looks better than the pictures online.

Update:
Poster has been received a month after ordering and after multiple emails. Shipper provided a different tracking number after the poster had already been delivered to USPS. This tracking number was valid and actually showed progress of the shipment. If I was not so persistent about tracking my order, I wonder if it would ever have arrived?

Poster arrived however was shipped with insufficient packaging to protect it and has numerous "dents" in it.

If you read the other authentic reviews here. You can tell my experience was not unique. There are plenty others whose product does not show up and are provided with sketchy tracking numbers. Unless there is a hurricane every month, not sure what their excuse is except poor business practices.

I believe this company is possibly fraudulent. I've waited almost a month now for a poster. They only confirmed order 10 days after I placed it.
Provided a DHL Ecommerce tracking number that provides zero information. Called DHL and had to be xferred to a specific department to research tracking number. Was told by DHL agent that no package has been processed and there is no shipment from CrushPrints.

Company is very rude when attempting to attain more information or requesting to cancel order.

Crushprints have been extremely professional and when one of the prints is ordered was not available in the size I wanted, emailed me immediately and offered another size…
