I have used Crusaders vans for a number of years now and have leased 5 vans through them to date. On the most recent occasion i was very unsure and indecisive about what i actually wanted. Jess in particular was very helpful, patient and helped me with a number of quotes on different options. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to using them again in the future.

From initial contact to the final delivery of the vehicle Jon my contact was polite and knowledgeable. He understood exactly what I needed. He informed me of the different options available and was obviously experienced in what he did. I needed a relatively fast delivery. Put me in contact with the finance people all went smoothly. The vehicle I was looking for was in stock and the whole process took approx 2 weeks. Very satisfied with the service and would use them again.

I bought a used van with 33,000 miles from them in June 2024. After just three weeks, the engine developed a problem: it shakes, the engine management light is on, and the issue is similar to problems seen in vehicles with 150,000 miles. Clearly, the van is not fit for purpose and had the fault prior to the sale, making it eligible for a refund.

Crusader refuses to accept the van back, instead pushing us to go to the main dealer for repairs under warranty. However, the main dealers are booked up for 3-4 weeks just for diagnostics + another weeks of waiting, which is not an option for us.

We have formally rejected the van and set a deadline of July 31, 2024, for them to accept the vehicle back and process the refund. One way or another, the vehicle will be returned to them, either amicably or through legal action, as we can prove the vehicle had a fault prior to the sale.

I would recommend thinking twice and taking the positive reviews with a grain of salt.

A very personal experience. Kevin was always helpful and would do his best to sort out problems which occurred . Would recommend this company as this is the 3rd time of getting a new van from them over 10+ years and still excellent service.
