Over the past few months, I understand that the situation has been very challenging due to the war, which unfortunately led to the cancellation of our trip. I can imagine that your team has had to manage a large number of customer concerns and requests during this difficult time, and I truly appreciate your efforts.

I am aware that there have been some complaints online; however, from my personal experience, I found your service to be supportive and understanding under the circumstances.

In particular, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Nathalia Rayfield. She has been very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and her support made a big difference to me.

Overall, I would rate my experience 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Mediterranean cruise. Wow the agent Harvey was amazing assisted in more ways than I thought about. He carefully explained everything to me and then helped me decide on hotels and cruise directions to susit my requests. Very obliging gentleman and a happy helper.

We’ve booked trips through a number of travel agents in the past and this experience has been the best. I’ve never come across an agent who has been so helpful and gone beyond what I would have expected. She helped us and was very patient as we considered different options. We never felt rushed. She even sent a link to a review of an airline we’ve not used before to consider booking that airline. No matter how many queries we had, however minor, the agent was there to assist. Communication was great throughout the booking process and for later queries. We would use CruiseAway again without question. We had been in touch with CruiseAway a couple of times about a cruise package before booking and all agents were very helpful. Thanks CruiseAway.

Misleading advertising on the deal, even after we had already booked the cruise. The misleading “gratuities included” continued to be advertised, even though our booking agent advised that this was not the case. She advised that it was an error in the email marketing campaign, and couldn’t be corrected but we never received any corrections, by email, so I wonder how many other people were duped. We have been using this company for over 15 years, but after the next 2 cruises that we have lined up, I think we’ll try another agent.

Don’t book with this company. They’re very helpful until after you’ve paid your money. Our cruise was cancelled by the cruise line (not us) and, four months later, we’re still fighting to have our deposit refunded. The excuses keep changing and it’s clear that they have no intention of giving us back our money!

64% more expensive than booking direct!Very poor customer service once they have your money. They refused to pass on the promotion discount of nearly $3k per cabin and blamed the cruise line for an invoicing error. PLEASE DO NOT USE without caution and please read online reviews which are extremely negative! Much cheaper to book direct with cruise line.
