Good quality meaningful gifts
Great online shopping experience from start to finish. Elizabeth from Crudo was very responsive on WhatsApp when I asked for confirmation about the engravings. The tracked delivery service is also reliable. The products are beautiful and well-made. The adorable packaging is a plus. The bracelets with custom engravings make very meaningful gifts for special occasions for loved ones.

Absolutely zero communication
I placed an order with expedited shipping under the guise it would be here by Valentine's day. However, it's been almost 2 weeks since I packed the order, it's still processing, I've gotten zero updates, and any attempt to reach out and ask about the delay have been met with silence. This has been a very disappointing purchasing experience and I definitely don't recommend anyone else waste their time or money.

Dear William,
Thank you for your honest feedback. The Senzaltro was designed as a minimalist wallet for those who prioritize a slim profile, which can mean a tighter fit for cash. We’re glad you liked the leather and engraving quality, and we hope the slim design grows on you over time!

Dear Mallory,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the tailor-made effect of your product met your expectations! We apologize that the 8-day delivery felt a bit long. We are working closely with our logistics partners to speed up our international shipping so our customers can enjoy their leather goods even sooner.
Engraving is small
craftmanship of the leather is 10/10 but i wish the hot stamp engraving was a bit larger. its hard to read in some lights.

Dear Chris,
Thank you for the 10/10 rating on our leather craftsmanship! We appreciate your feedback regarding the size of the hot stamp. Because our pieces are designed for a subtle, sophisticated look, the engraving can sometimes be understated. We will certainly share your comments with our design team.
sturdy and cute
usually "custom" jewelry feels flimsy but this miami love chain is solid. the engraving is very deep and easy to read. truly a tailor-made piece.

Bad After Sales Service
Had purchased a bracelet and delivery attempt was fail due to inaccurate address given to 3rd party logistic, even though the address in my order I had given them the correct address. When I verify with Crudo, instead of verifying for me with the logistics provider, they asked the customer to call ourself and find solutions with the logistics provider. I have yet to received my bracelet for now, I hope there is nothing wrong or missing with my order.

Sincere apologies for the delivery concerns
Dear Customer,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration caused by this delivery experience. We understand how disappointing it is to wait for an order, especially when you have provided the correct details.
We want to reassure you that we will ensure you receive your products. If the logistics provider is unable to complete the delivery and the package is returned to us, we will arrange to resend it to you immediately.
Regarding the contact with the logistics provider, we occasionally suggest customers reach out directly because certain security and verification procedures—such as confirming identity or specific delivery instructions—can only be authorized by the receiver. However, we are here to support you every step of the way. If you encounter any difficulties during that process, we will certainly follow up on our end to resolve it.
Please contact us at contact@crudo-leather.com with your order number. Our team will look into the status of your parcel right away and provide the timely help you need.

Unsafe website and company!!
After I placed my order I set up a user name and password and as soon as I tried to use it a message came back saying that my password didn't match. As soon as I wrote the company an email it got kicked back saying message not delivered. Also I checked my email for a status update and it showed that they were trying to charge me astronomical amounts of money in the hundreds (over$500) for the passport cover that should have only been $67. The emails also came back to me as suspicious email warnings. I called my bank right away to cancel my card which is a total hassle right before the holidays. Unless you want to be scammed or have your bank account in Jepordy do not order from this website! Save yourself the trouble!

Dear Customer,
We are deeply concerned by your comments and want to clarify this immediately. We take digital security very seriously and use encrypted, industry-standard payment gateways. We do not have the ability to change an authorized amount from $67 to $500; if you saw a suspicious warning, it may have been a phishing attempt or a browser conflict. Regarding our email, please ensure you are using contact@crudo-leather.com. We have no record of a $500 charge and would like to help you verify this with your bank to ensure your security.

Terrible company!
Terrible company!! I ordered a passport holder knowing it would get here on time according to the delivery date they gave me. It took them over a week to ship it, it was impossible to contact them and cancel. 12 days later it’s still not here- it’s still in HK and they won’t refund me!
This was a gift for someone leaving the continent and now I am stuck with a passport holder I can’t use!

Deary Natalia,
I sincerely apologize for the delay. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery dates, international logistics can occasionally experience bottlenecks during peak seasons. Because each piece is tailor-made and engraved to order, we cannot cancel an order once production has begun. However, we understand the frustration of missing a gift deadline. Please contact our team so we can track the current location of your parcel and see how we can make this right.

Deceptive do not order from here…
My son ordered me a special bracelet with munchlac charm. First of all, it didn't get here fir Christmas. Then we figured I could have it for my birthday in January. The shipping time twice as long and then it was missing the charm. I wrote back for a refund and return info after waiting all this time and thee order arrived incomplete. They then said it did not include the charm. I then sent the photo and receipt of the “ Pokemon mumchlax” bracelet that clearly showed info on order and said they were being deceptive. They then agreed to send the charm. A day later they said they could not send the charm as it was sold out and to pick a different one. Since no other pokemon charms were on the site I chose a cinnamarol sanrio charm. Once again they emailed me back now stating that I had to choose a pokemon charm. Well, there are NO pokemon charms on the site now. This has been the worst experience ever. Do not order from them. They are deceptive and returns or refunds seem impossible! Deceptive and I do not recommend this company. Very dissatisfied customer!!!!

Dear Nicole,
Please accept my apologies for the back-and-forth regarding your Pokemon charm. Due to high demand, certain limited-edition charms sold out faster than our system could update. It was never our intention to be deceptive, and we clearly failed to provide a smooth solution for you. I would like to personally look into your case to offer a full resolution regarding the missing components of your order. Please reach out to us with your order number.

Dear Val,
We are sorry for the confusion regarding our Hello Kitty set. On our website, the base bracelet and the licensed charms are often selected separately to allow for a fully tailor-made look. We apologize if the imagery was misleading; it is never our intent to scam our customers. We would love to help you complete your set or find a solution that leaves you satisfied. Please email us so we can review your order details together.

Advertised a Pokémon special edition…
Advertised a Pokémon special edition bracelet with a pokeball charm, when the item arrived it had no charm. I reached out to customer service to have the charm sent. They said I didn’t choose the charm and needed to choose from the listed items, when I checked the listed items the pokeball was not an option and all upgrades were for other charms I did not want, when I mentioned this they told me the pokeball was out of stock (not listed on site) and when I asked for a refund they said they were unable to process a refund. Absolute bait and switch scam.

I am truly sorry for the frustration caused by the out-of-stock Pokeball charm. We strive to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, but in this instance, we fell short. We do not practice "bait and switch"; we simply encountered a stock error. If we cannot provide the specific charm you ordered, we should certainly find a fair resolution for you. Terrible customer service and wouldn’t give me a refund for a mistake that was on their end. Wouldn’t reimburse me for the $30 return shipping because it was part of their policy. But they literally sent me the wrong item and made me pay out of pocket for it.

I apologize for the error in your shipment. Our standard policy is that customers cover return shipping, but this does not apply if we sent the wrong item. If the mistake was on our end, we should have provided a pre-paid label or a full reimbursement. I would like to fix this immediately and refund your out-of-pocket shipping costs. Please send your shipping receipt and order number to our support email so we can correct this.
