Croydex Arvostelua

Received a new soft close toilet seat, hex screw had a fault on top of it so couldn’t us.
Spoke to Alison at sales and immediately offered to send out 2 new screws and brackets. Absolutely fantastic lady and amazing service.
Thank you Alison.

I contacted Croydex regarding some replacement parts for my toilet seats, these were ordered and dispatched so quickly (next day)
I then had further issue when we broke the seat trying to attach the parts and they sent me a new toilet seat! Unreal service
Sharon was amazing with her communication and customer service

I bought a Mirror the fixings were missing. I emailed Croydex and Tracey got back to me almost immediately. Excellent customer service .
Thank you.

The quality of the product (Constance Toilet Seat) and, after I had made an error fitting it, the extremely helpful, efficient and pleasant response from Sandra Ford (Customer Service Manager) just before closing time.
Outstanding. Thank you.

The advisor, Alison, was very helpful. She offered excellent advice & knew exactly what the problem was. Friendly, professional & solved my problem.

Amazing experience from Alison in customer service. I’d bought my toilet seat from wicks, but the plumber had thrown away the fixings when he changed the toilet. Alison was able to sort everything out for me, sending the correct fixings in the post. It was so refreshing to speak to an actual person and get proper good old-fashioned customer service! What a great company!

Purchased a Cumbrian Grey Slate effect Standard Soft close Toilet seat from B&Q. I have never fitted such a well engineered seat to a Loo. The fitting is straight forward and the design means that there is absolutely no movement in the seat when attached. After 6 months it has not come the slightest bit loose. Easy to clean and looks great. Had a very small issue which was sorted immediately by the excellent customer service team (Tracey)with absolutely no drama whatsoever. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They provide well engineered products and undoubtedly are extremely customer focused.

Spoke to Alison who was extremely helpful after being sold one of their toilet seats from vinted but it arriving with no fixtures and a cap missing i contacted them to see if I could get some and within minutes an order was placed and was kindly given to me free of charge due to the circumstances which I didnt expect but fully appreciated thank you so much and I will most definitely be recommending this company in the future to friends and family clearly good at dealing with any issue with their products even when not purchased directly

Very good customer service when a part was missing from a replacement toilet seat. Thank you Sandra Ford

Sandra was really helpful, went out of her way to answer a question about a shower handset, which was better than I had expected

Their no quibble lifetime guarantee for products is amazing as is their customer service. I emailed in the morning regarding a shower basket that had flaking chrome and received a response within the hour. My new basket is now on the way. Truly amazing and well done Croydex - what a great team. This is definitely not an April fool!!

I contacted croydex about my sticky pads not working and they sent me some straight away. I always use croydex as a good alternative to drilling.

We bought an Inclusive Shower Chair thru Dunelm. Really impressive quality & construction. Robust & reliable assembly method. AND it worked well from the off. Great product; combination of high quality, good design & fair price very rare nowadays. Well done, Croydex!

Made a mess of fitting a toilet seat so rang Croydex to enquire about spares. Was lucky enough to speak to Alison who immediately identified what was needed and equally quickly ordered it. I wish dealing with every company was as edifying as this.

Wow, what an amazing customer service experience received today from Alison. Never have I called a company with a query and got such a positive response so quickly, without fuss from what was my fault anyway! I had fitted a toilet seat and not allowed clearance at the back of it to stay up. I needed replacement brackets/holders as the tape is so strong once applied. What more could you ask for, a good quality product and knowing that if things are not quite right or you lash up like me, you have a top notch company with top notch people happy to help out. Brilliant and will be using this company again for their products. Thank you and thank you again Alison

I messed up when trying to fix my new toilet seat, well I am a lady of 76😂. I needed a replacement bracket. Alison was amazing and had me sorted in minutes and is sending me a new one.
Brilliant customer service, I can’t thank her enough 🤗

I raised a query with Croydex at approximately 9:00 am this morning regarding a toilet seat I had purchased which had a problem with the soft close mechanism. I had a reply by 9:30 requesting a copy of invoice and video of the problem. This I duly sent and was advised at 11:40 that a replacement would soon be on its way. Absolutely fabulous customer support.

I had the misfortune to purchase two Croydex cosmetic baskets QM260641. What a dreadful piece of engineering it they are. The bar at the rear stands proud of the basket, so after it's screwed to the wall the basket is tilted downwards. Tall bottles fall over, as the basket stupidly has a dropped front which offers no support to the contents.
Has no-one at Croydex actually installed and used this product?
Sadly, the Croydex customer service is on par with their engineering. I wrote to complain about the products over a week ago, and haven't yet had a reply.

RESPONSE TO CROYDEX'S REPLY:
That's nonsense. The grout line is not proud of the tiles, and it's most definitely not the cause of the problem. I really don't need advice from you how to attach something to a tiled wall. It's quite simple for you to check and see where the problem is. If the basket is fixed to a vertical surface, it does not lie horizontally. I really can't be bothered to take this further with you. I shall bend the wire to make it work - but I really shouldn't have to.

It's not surprising that I didn't spot your first response in my inbox. Rather than show 'Croydex' in the sender name your email reads 'Info Requests'. Other responses are from 'No-Reply', again with no mention of your organisation in the name. Very poor attention to detail.

What is a toilet seat? You really know what it is when it comes to fitting it! And with the Croydex seats, the purchaser is supplied with all the necessary tools. So, no fiddling about trying to to align the seat spigots because you get a simple spacer bar that holds them in the right position. And no cursing in the dark as you try to get a spanner on the retaining nuts because there's a nut key supplied to simplify the process. These small commodities simply the process; even if the seat has to be refitted later, it becomes a 5-minute task. Simples! Well done Croydex for making a tiresome task easily accomplished.
