I can not get them to change my email address and give me my rewards that I have earned.

Crowtap was a real good site to make a little extra money and enjoy doing the surveys but in November of 2025 they stopped sending surveys made several email contacts with them and the person told me my account was still active and good and will expedite the case to the program writers and after 3-4 attempts no contact nothing, looks like a company heading for bankruptcy to me, oh well they had a good run farewell rookies!

I used this site for a long time and then there were no more surveys. I contacted customer support and they told me my account was blocked for no reason and there was no way to recover it. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I probably received too many gift cards so they just kicked me out. This is very sad and wrong. DO NOT USE IT!!!

They used to be great and I could make some legitimate money for doing fun surveys. However, I have had 0 surveys since October. There are also 0 responses to my inquiries

This page was a bad experience; it stopped working on my membership and no more studies appeared. I don't know what happened!

I am not a member of their site and won't be for good reason. I do survey on other legitimate sites for the past 5 years and often run into Crowdtap surveys almost daily. There shorter surveys but are great at taking your information or opinion and not crediting you. Most times will get 80% done with the survey and then get the "Blue Screen" which means they are disqualifying you after you were almost done. Similar to Pollfish, great way to waste time; maybe complete or get credit about 30% of the time. Now seeing their rating on Trustpilot under 2 stars makes complete sense. They like to get free information when they can, and clearly don't care about the surveyor's trust. Never understood that; survey sites make good money off its members work, why destroy trust in those that are making you money. Bad business.

What happened to crowdtap? Did they go out of business? Absolutely no surveys at all

It used to give surveys but no more. Their support site goes to a cloudfare server error.

Things were going well, I loved the fact I never got disqualified but as I got closer to cash out suddenly I had no surveys.. I always answered honestly and with care. I contacted crowd tap and they had no reason why I'm suddenly not getting anything.

It's been over 2 months. Nothing.

It feels like I stopped getting surveys because I was close to cash out. They can't give me any other answer. Feels very scammy.

I had recommended this app to others, I've warned those I suggested it to not to waste their time.

I joined Crowdtap in 2019, was able to participate in and complete a lot of surveys. Never had a problem redeeming points. In the last 3-4 months there have been no surveys at all. I no longer get emails from the company and I never got an email stating my account was not in good standing. What's up Crowdtap, did you go out of business?

I used to love it, but it is really bad now. It is not worth it. I have had weeks go by with no surveys. Surveys are flawed and whoever is programming needs some remedial courses.

This was my go-to site for surveys, but no more. I use to get many daily surveys, now I haven't gotten any in months. They had major issues with their site months ago and I had points coming to me that I never received. As of tonight, I am deleting my app. Not wasting any more time on them. There are lots of other sites.

I used to get surveys daily from crowdtap. As a retiree it’s a good way to earn gift cards and keep busy but lately i don’t get any suveys. I’ve reached out to crowdtap but receive limited or no help at all. It’s as if they are blocking me. I wouldn’t waste my time with them. There are so many other survey sites to use. This one seems to be very selective on who can complete a survey. Im thinking they don’t like people who regularly answer surveys and earn larger gift card amounts.

Hardly get an polls or mini surveys or whatever they're called anymore. I get maybe one or two a day. I use to get dozens in one day. Not just that, but they take points from you without telling you when they initially expire. This site is so bad now. Its not even worth doing anymore.

So at first this platform was amazing.
Then after a year of using it two months ago I stopped receiving surveys..I may get two a day. It's been three months since this company or platform has failed badly.. I wouldn't recommend trying. All though they do not disqualify you at all.. lately there hasn't been enough surveys to complete to be worth using it. There customer service is just awful and there chatbox is dead.. doesn't work.

I have been doing Crowdtap for a few years now and lately it has turned to crap. I did a 100.09 focus group a few weeks ago and they have not given me my points, will not respond to emails and the support chat does not work. I have contacted Suzy (mother company) and they said Crowdtap would response asap but they have not.

No company on the internet is worse than Crowdtap, they should be investigated for fraud. I take surveys on 5 Surveys and almost every single Crowdtap survey is either malfunctioning or you get half way through and the blue screen of death pops up and tells you there has been a problem. I have actually completed surveys and a white screen appears telling me there was a catastrophic problem and contact the administrator. AND, it is pointless to report it to 5 Surveys, they will side with whatever company they host EVERY SINGLE TIME. Sadly, as consumers/survey takers we are powerless against the companies.

This site is no good takes forever to cash out and did couple of product tests and never got my points

I sent in for an $85 amazon card and $75 on April 21 and August 24, 2025 respectively. Crowdtap says they've sent them and Tremendous says they haven't. This seems like such a scam. So much time wasted.

Unfortunately, they repeatedly banned me temporarily and now permanently but NEVER told me why or gave any specific indications of what I did wrong or when.
Like others, they always told me I violated their guidelines.
