esperienza pessima... al ritiro dei soldi non paga... e nessuna risposta ... evitare ...se non volete perdere i voltri soldi..

For 4 years I have been waiting for loan repayment.
Now they don't even update the situation anymore.

I am waiting for more than 6 months for a withdrawal. That is not normal!
I try to contact crowdestor by email without any return from their side.

Au début les retraits étais rapide, puis 2 mois, 4 mois pour recevoir l’argent,et puis mon dernier retrait afin de clore le compte est toujours sans réponse, depuis juillet 2025, tous les mails sans suite.

2024 war schon mit Verzögerungen zu rechnen bei der Auszahlung.Auf mein schreiben hieß es damals die hätten Schwierigkeiten mit der Bank deshalb dauert die Auszahlung 3-4 Tagen.2025 schrieb ich wieder eine email und bekam die Antwort das ich 3-4 Monate warten soll.Nun sind es 5 Monate,und mein Portfolio bewegt sich nichts mehr,keine Antwort auf E-Mails und KEINE Auszahlung negative Kommentare oder Rezessionen über die Plattform werden schnell gelöscht.Deshalb Hände weg von der Plattform(siehe andere Rezessionen) !

Crowdestor ha sido, sin ninguna duda, la peor plataforma de inversión en la que he confiado. Invertí en varios proyectos y el resultado ha sido un auténtico desastre: la mayoría están perdidos y apenas he recuperado un 20% del capital invertido.

Tengo una inversión desde 2022 completamente bloqueada, sin pagos, sin información y sin posibilidad de vender en el mercado secundario. Lleva años ahí muerta, y la plataforma ni se molesta en dar explicaciones.

El panel de usuario es otra broma: saldos incorrectos, inversiones que no aparecen bien reflejadas y absoluta falta de claridad. Todo da la sensación de abandono total.

La atención al cliente brilla por su ausencia. No responden, no informan y no dan soluciones. La falta de transparencia es tan grande que uno se queda con la impresión de que, una vez metes tu dinero, desapareces para ellos.

Después de años esperando, puedo decirlo claro: Crowdestor ha sido una estafa en toda regla para mis inversiones. No la recomiendo a nadie que valore su dinero.

For sometime they were paying and withdrawals were possible. Then most projects were starting to default and recovery were non-existent. Now also withdrawals are not executed anymore.
They were smelling fishy, now, unfortunately, they confirmed being a scam company.

Keine Reaktion auf Schreiben, keinerlei Auszahlung des Guthabens und überhaupt keine Projektbetreuung oder andere Aktivitäten seitens des Unternehmens. Strafanzeige!? Was tun andere Betroffene? Die Aufarbeitung und Einforderung der Investitionen muss nun im Alleingang erfolgen.

Iba bien cuando empecé con ellos allá por el 2018. Ahora tengo muchos proyectos sin pagar y siempre contestan lo mismo (cuando contestan). Va a quebrar en breve.

Estou com eles há vários anos e esta é a minha experiência:
1. Dos projetos em que estive envolvido, 80% estão pagos e 20% estão em atraso.
2. Os projetos da Flex são muito bons e oferecem um retorno diário aceitável.
3. Eles passaram por momentos difíceis (como todos nós).
4. Acho que eles pretendem fornecer o melhor serviço possível. Sempre fui atendido.
5. É verdade que os saques demoram muito, mas chegam.
Então, não entendo uma opinião tão negativa.

It’s a scam. Money is not paid to investors, there are no updates on projects so we are completely in the dark of what’s going on. Communication is non existent. No one replies to emails or complaints . The calculus of recovered money , when it exists , is far from being transparent. Run away.

I've had funds stuck on this platform for over two months now, with no access to withdrawals. Despite repeated attempts, customer support has completely stopped responding — no emails, no updates, no resolution.

Even worse, business loans I invested in since 2020 have shown no progress, transparency, or acknowledgment of potential losses. It's clear that these “investments” are either mismanaged, fabricated, or simply being ignored.

At this point, the platform appears to be either a scam or functionally insolvent. The lack of communication, failure to process withdrawals, and years of silence on long-term investments speak volumes.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this service and report any suspicious activity to the relevant financial authorities. Don’t be fooled by any promises of recovery or “manual processing” — that’s exactly how these platforms string people along while buying time.

Money from interest accumulates in your account.
When you withdraw it, it never comes.
They are full of excuses.

Don't invest in this company as it is a scam

I invested in 2019-2020 and about half of my money is gone no recovery no info. its stated that the loans are secured but nobody seems to care to recover the funds. stay away.

I have been waiting for my payout from Crowdestor (ID: CR24820) for weeks now with no resolution and no clear communication from the company.

This is unacceptable and feels like scam-like behavior when customers are left in the dark about their own money. I am fully prepared to:

Take legal action and involve Austrian & EU consumer protection authorities.

Inform friends, family, and social media to avoid this platform entirely.

Keep this 1-star review online everywhere until the issue is resolved.

As soon as my payout is processed, I will delete this review and stop any further steps. Until then, I strongly warn others not to trust this platform.

Je n’ai jamais pu récupérer mon investissement. J’ai investi il y a plusieurs années de cela.
