Great Team and Excellent Service. Would definitely recommend them.

Sarah and the team at Croston Plumbing and Heating designed and fitted an ensuite bathroom in a part of our home that didn't have any water services. We needed to dig up the drive to lay new drains, create a room within a room and build the ensuite bathroom.

Sarah and Wayne at CPH worked with me really well throughout the process. Sarah has a keen eye for design and I am grateful for her extensive efforts in sourcing suitable products.

CPH has a great team of sub contractors to call on and Sarah and Wayne ensured that the wider team kept the build on track.

We are absolutely delighted with our new ensuite bathroom. CPH charged a fair price for their work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Boiler Replacement

My boiler had stopped working and I called as soon as they opened at 9am on Saturday morning. Someone was round to inspect my boiler by midday and confirmed my options for replacing parts or a new boiler. I opted for a new boiler and this was installed three days later. Croston Plumbing and Heating were a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process really easy.

Designer radiators

Called into the showroom after looking online as prefer to deal face to face.
Fi was delightful and so helpful and even though we weren’t ready to order straight away knew we wouldn’t be going anywhere else.
Called back in to order again with Fi and was so easy.
Realised an item was missing upon delivery and Fi was on annual leave but was promptly and efficiently resolved with her colleague.
Absolute 5* service and we now know where to go for all future plumbing needs.

Salamander pump

The first pump that was delivered from Croston made peculiar noises. Croston resolved the problem although it did take a while as they had to go back to the pump manufacturer as it was a faulty pump. However they didn’t ask for payment until the problem was fully resolved and kept in touch with me throughout the process. Their response to the problem was good but it did take a while to resolve with the manufacturer

They go above and beyond.

Used them a few years ago to replace my toilet which they did a fantastic job. End of 2025 the seat broke. Through my own fault. I scouysrounf trying to obtain a new one, but every one told me it was obsolete. Went to Croston plumbing and heating who supplied the original.
Who managed to sort me one after going above and beyond. Really good company. Always there to help.
