Crossthelimits is a leading UK-based specialist retailer and authority in high-performance sports nutrition and advanced dietary supplementation. With nearly a decade of experience, we have built a strong reputation as one of the most trusted sources for hard-to-find international supplements in the UK and Europe. We act as a bridge for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and biohackers seeking premium, in-demand formulas — particularly from the USA — that are often unavailable through standard UK retailers. Our catalogue features a meticulously curated selection of over 10,000 products, including high-stimulant pre-workouts, fat burners, advanced nootropics, vitamins, and performance-focused supplementation. Unlike generic supplement stores, we prioritise efficacy, ingredient transparency, and real demand — focusing on products customers actively search for and trust. Crossthelimits is widely recognised across fitness communities for consistently stocking trending and hard-to-source products. Our range reflects what real users are actually using and discussing, not just mass-market inventory. We work with selected brands and trusted suppliers to ensure authenticity, quality, and consistency across all products. Our streamlined logistics enable fast, reliable worldwide shipping, including optimised EU delivery solutions that reduce delays and simplify the customer experience. Whether your goal is increased energy, improved focus, enhanced training performance, or daily optimisation, Crossthelimits delivers a seamless shopping experience backed by real industry experience and product expertise. Product did not arrive and no refund.
Product did not arrive. I was asked to pay for postage again if I wanted the product. One month later still no refund. I would advise not to purchase anything off this site. Also when I contacted them on their Instagram page about my refund I have been blocked or restricted. AVOID

Ordered but never received, beware!
So first time ordering from here as it was one of the only places I could find a certain pre workout. Ordered and paid for next day special delivery guaranteed by 1pm.
Was advised via email from cross the limits that royal mail had collected it from the them, tracking showing this to be untrue as royal mail are still yet to receive it even two days later... Emails, although answered fairly quickly they do not seem to care or understand the issue, once an item is picked up by royal mail or dropped off, the tracking would reflect this and having spoken to royal mail they have confirmed that they have not received the package.
Overall very disappointed, I have had to raise it with my bank in order to recover my funds as they can't even prove they have sent it.

Thank you for leaving feedback. However, as we explained earlier, the tracking number is received when the address label is printed, and the package is prepared and ready to be shipped. The Royal Mail courier collects parcels daily. Unfortunately, Royal Mail lost this package at their sorting office before scanning it. In this case, we will file a claim for the lost parcel on your behalf as soon as Royal Mail T&C allows us.

Vastaus yritykseltä Crossthelimits
Dear Customer,
We are sorry to hear that you could place an order with us. but
if the card was rejected, it is only the bank that decided that it does not want to accept your card. The reasons can be many, some common ones are the lack of change of address in the bank after moving from home to a new address, or your card did not pass the card 3d test. Unfortunately, such things are out of our control, and I would advise you to contact your bank to find out why your card was declined during payment. Your bank has all the information to explain the situation and the problem.
Kind regards
Team CTL
