Billy and Cara were brilliant. Being a new contractor made the process of getting our first mortgage a little more complicated, but the team made everything straightforward and stress free.

The communication was second to none. They were always readily available, happy to talk things through on the phone and made sure every step was easy to understand. By far the best customer service I've had along the journey, you can tell they genuinely care.

I'll definitely be using Connely Roberts again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.
