Adam and his team could not I’ve been more helpful in trying to find us the right mortgage and best deal for us. Would highly recommend using their company.

I have been talking to Adam Connely Roberts since September 2024 about the feasibility of applying for a mortgage as a self employed contractor. Adam has been fantastic and clearly explained every requirement, every step of the way, resulting in a mortgage offer. He always ensured that we were informed such that we applied for the mortgage that best suited us.
We have also been working with Cara on the various options on insurance and she has been great in also ensuring we have the best products to suit our needs and within our budget.

Throughout the whole process, both Billy and Cara have been amazing to deal with! Honest and to the point, didn't go around the houses with explaining, as I've experienced with previous brokers. And always there to answer questions. But most importantly, they worked out my situation (self employed status) and told me exactly what I'd be able to achieve!

Almost two years ago I contacted multiple mortgage brokers, only to be met with silence. So many of these brokers from large firms to independent brokers simply thought I was too much work or they just didn’t care. A self employed 23 year old in London with only 1 years viable accounts.

Billy was genuinely, needle in a haystack, the luck I had been given to have found him online was unbelievable. For almost two years, Billy helped and guided me on what was needed to get my mortgage. I was self employed and paid myself through an LTD company, although great for many reasons in being set up like this, it meant getting loans and mortgages was almost impossible. Until Billy guided me through the entire process.

He was so patient, knowledgable and caring. For two years!!!!! He would reply to my emails, random phone calls, silly questions. All of it with a kind and caring response that never made me feel belittled or lost in his industry. He liaised with my accountant, advised me on my accounts and so much more.

Billy also refused payment multiple times, he guided me for almost two years through the process and although I offered multiple times, he refused payment. Even a small fee for the hours he’s spent on me to date. He simply said, once I was approved he’ll take the standard fee. His honesty, integrity and genuine kindness is unmatched.

Also to note, he spotted a mistake my accountants made a day before submitting! And also found me a cheaper lender being Halifax and got me approved, saving me £400 a month in interest. I was shocked and still am.

I’m 23, in London and Billy has managed to find me a mortgage with Halifax for a low interest rate, I was approved and completed within 2 weeks of submitting the application. He kept me updated every single day throughout the application, including when I was accepted subject to valuation, final approval and when they simply approved my bank statements. Anything he heard, I was told shortly after, whereas other firms wouldn’t even consider updating you until you’re approved or declined!

In all honesty, his fees are amazing, his quality of service is unmatched, his access to lenders and knowledge of the industry is unlike any others. He knows how the lenders think, will tell you what to expect before making a decision, he get’s you approved and if he believes it’s not viable, he doesn’t let you go. Instead, he’ll say here’s your game plan! What you need to do and how long it’ll take. He does so much for you, if I didn’t meet Billy, I wouldn’t have honestly given up on a mortgage for the time being and kept saving.

This is the latest mortgage that Adam has arranged for me (going back over a decade) and my first experience dealing with CR. Nothing short of tremendous. My personal situation was looking very bleak, several larger advisor companies had tried and failed to find a product suitable for me. Time and again I was turned away as a small business owner with a complex set of circumstances by companies who claim to have the 'largest market reach'...turned away with excuses, rather they meant to say "its too much work for us and not worth our time" The industry is full of so-called 'experienced professionals' only really interested in easy cases.
