The changing regulatory and legislative climate mean that landlords need more support than ever to which end we provide training courses tailored to the requirements of our members. Members of the association enjoy the shared knowledge and experience of a group of professional Landlords with properties throughout the County. All forms necessary for landlords to run their businesses can be found in the Members Area of the website together with advice and information. Many companies want to work with landlords and members benefit from discounts on various products and services. Assistance for those seeking accommodation is provided through a form on the website, the information on that form is shared with CRLA members who will contact potential tenants should they be able to help.

We have been members for years. It’s a pleasure speaking with Ruth either in person at the meetings, or via telephone-her knowledge base is extensive. The monthly newsletters are helpful -keeping us up to date with the ever changing regulations.
