I use the Albert Road Tamworth pharmacy…

I use the Albert Road Tamworth pharmacy and I have three repeat prescriptions all due at different times. The staff are so friendly and helpful and they are very efficient, I would recommend. In fact I changed from my last pharmacist after popping in to this one randomly

Absolutely amazing customer service…

Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish. I first spoke to a lovely lady on the phone called Ilina, who advised me amazingly and even helped me get a same day blood pressure test, and then once I was in the pharmacy Emiliano helped me massively and took me through everything I needed to know.
It was fast, informative and they even set me up for a repeat prescription meaning I do not need to contend with my doctors.
Both were amazing, friendly, informative and very happy people, it actually made my day seeing positive and happy people at work. Thank you both massively!
Edit *** Forgot to mention the other gentleman called Ambro I believe (probably spelt that wrong sorry) who was also incredible! Five stars from me!

Friendly Altitude

The staff at Crest pharmacy holbrooks are very experienced, professional and very friendly. The pharmacist has a listening altitude and the phlebotomist deserves a special commendation for her expertise.

A credit to your team

I do not normally do reviews but I feel the girl behind the counter deserves some recognition.
I attended the pharmacy today and I believe she was called Kennedy who served me. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and saw to my needs straight away. She really is a credit to your team.

Efficient team, amazing service

I attended the pharmacy and was urgently requiring my medication. Kennedy was quick and efficient and saw to me quickly. It meant more to me than she would ever know. What a credit she is to your team!
