Cresta Taxis Mold Arvostelua 

The taxi company sent texts to inform us where they were and when they arrived. The lady driver Christina in the Skoda was very friendly and Polite.

Extremely rude woman on the desk in the office in Chester, spoke to me last night like I was dirt on her shoe, will never use Cresta again

Late again 20 minutes this time, previously up to half hour late. Booked on the app no notification of lateness had to ring to find out where taxi was, told it would be 5 minutes, looked on the app after 5 minutes, it said 11 minutes a way !

Always use cresta and all the drivers are spot on especially Maria, what a woman, chatty and friendly and nothing to much to trouble. Would Defo recommend this firm. Love and peace, Al butters 👍

Awful company!!!!! I booked a taxi ( return trip) I got some kind of trip confirmation online giving me a cost of £9.90 going out, no cost quoted for return journey. Also no confirmation by sms. I called the company to ask and was now told the cost was 12.20 on outward journey and return was 12.40.
The operator was accusing me of lying.
‘ I can clearly see it says 12.20’ she told me; I can clearly see it says 9.90 on my confirmation, but apparently I was not telling the truth.
Very unpleasant experience, I told her to stuff the taxis where the sun don’t shine!!!
Would not recommend this company under any circumstances!!!!!!

This low star rating is significant to the management's response to feedback relating to recent poor service and communications.

Our initial experience with Cresta was excellent until recently, when we were significantly left waiting in the rain for over 40 minutes with very little updating communication. Any communication we did have was initiated in the main, from us, the information given was misleading and not adhered to.

We were ultimately 50 minutes late at our destination.

The company charges more than any of the local taxi firms. The vehicles are clean, and the drivers are kind and supportive. In the meantime, we have spoken to several people who have experienced similar issues.

Over 4 days, several phone calls, and finally, by emailing, we made concerted efforts to complain to the company. During every conversation, we were promised a return call from the management team. This did not come to fruition until the fourth day.

During our conversation with senior management, it was clear that he was avoiding any response to the main issue but simply made excuses about being busy, describing the company's ethos, and that they do care. The call was finally terminated by us as we were continually interrupted whilst attempting to detail our complaint.

We would suggest using this company with caution.

Excellent, used to transport my 96yo father with dementia from his care home, driver showed care, compassion and patience, wouldn't hesitate in recommending, will use again
