Ease of delivery and product quality. Very cute!

If I knew it wasn’t coming out of the US I wouldn’t have ordered. I’m just grateful I got it in time.

I ordered a 2 pack of Skin-so-soft Body oil. I was sent an order number and a way to track the package. I waited several weeks, checking the tracking to see where the order was. Tracking finally said package delivered 7-7-26 but I never received it. My husband and I were home that entire day. I have reached out to Cresomall via their "contact us" e-mail but can get no response.

My experience was OK. Delivery was a little slow. I like the product.

I received yesterday and have not used yet but design looks like it will do well. My personal disappointment is that the total brush is so short. I am 78 and can’t bend so low anymore nor stand on ladders. Wanted to use on baseboards, ceiling fans, and vents in apartment. Ad video makes it look like it will do all those things. If you made an extended long handle it might have worked for me, but as is I don’t think it will.

Horrible website!!! Scam! I put in my order and they charged my card to much, I tried to cancel my order right away and they wouldn’t cancel it. When I received it, I wanted to return it and they said they would give my 4 dollars back and keep my 47 dollar order. I DIDN T WANT IT and the kept offering me a few more dollars. I just wanted to return it and they won’t tell me how to return it for a refund. I don’t know what else to do. HELP

This product lives up to its claims! That is a rare thing in today's world. My Shih Tsu does not like grooming - but she does not object to being petted and cuddled. All I do is add this device. It allows me to remove loose fur, get rid of mats before they become a problem, and she thinks she is getting a good cuddle and pet!

Disappointing ordered Skin so Soft by Avon and got 2 3.4 oz of eelhoe bath oil.Now I am dealing with 24h support and they are telling me the warehouse says that is what I ordered. Hockey sticks NO it isn't, eelhoe is not Avon. With their responses I am becoming more angry than when I first received the package.
