Andrew took time and care to explain the benefits of writing a will and errors and pitfalls of a poorly thought out will. There was no pressure to follow his recommendations and we were left to set the agenda. We also requested PoA to be put in place which he supported. He spotted an error on the Land Registry and arranged correction. As there was a lot of paperwork to sign he travelled to our home to ensure the documents were correctly signed by ourselves and our attorneys and he is logging the documents with the relevant bodies.
