I made contact regarding a 50cc Peugeot tweet for my 16 year old son for college. 50cc petrol scooters are really hard to get and there is high demand. I reserved the bike with a plan to visit the next day, we came from Bristol. Gavin said i didn’t need to pay a deposit but took one as it made me feel better knowing the bike was secured for my son. We travelled down and there in the showroom was the bike with sold sign on it. Gavin made me a coffee and we talked bikes in general. He talked my son through the bike which was great as it’s his bike not mine, simple things like checking the oil and how often and actually shown my son how to do it. They had even put L plates on it and bent over backwards to get it ready to take on the day to save us another trip. Cash buyers so no need for finance so can’t comment on that. Took details off my son for the log book and receipt etc. my son was buying the bike out of his own money so it was a big thing for him and me and Gavin was brilliant. Time to get the bike into my vw caddy, so ramp out and in it went, Gavin strapped it in with straps from the workshop and I offered to post them back but no need. On the way home my son was already talking about coming back in 12 months for a 125. We said our goodbyes and Gavin congratulated George on buying his first bike and George was treated like a young adult that he is and I would highly recommend them for such great customer service and making the whole process so good for both me and my son. Would we go back again all the way from Bristol on a two hour drive, absolutely we would without hesitation. We have visited bike shops closer to home and weren’t even acknowledged and this place was fantastic.

We purchased a brand new yamaha tracer twin today and couldn't have had a better transaction. The team are so helpful and talked us through the whole hand over. They had allowed us to go for a test ride which really sealed the deal. We'll worth a visit and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks again guys at cresent Yamaha.

My sons bike broke down just overa week ago, they fixed it, however he broke down on the way back home, recovered the bike back to Cresent Verwood and after a week and numerous phone calls its still sat there! He needs his bike for work (dustman), I'm in Ukraine working so can't do much! I'm fuming that this happens far too often, poor lad is struggling to get to work! How about he doesn't empty your bins...

I would just like to say thank you to crescent motorbikes for the fabulous service. Guy was very helpful, kept me informed at all times. From start to finish cannot fault the service. This Yamaha was far superior than our local supplier.

Enquired on a bike, sent finance application.
They submitted the application even though the bike had already been sold. Creating a hard search on credit profile.
When I called to question it, was bare face lied to that it automatically sends off. This isn’t true, it gets sent to a third party “lead” system and has to be manually sent off. I know because I use the same system through my line of work. Seems to me that they were checking who would get the better acceptance as they would earn more commission from finance company! Not really treating customers fairly?

Nobody knows what they’re talking about -nobody answers the phone - nobody calls you back - people 40 years your Junior call you “mate”!

I have to believe that if Paul Denning actually knew what was happening on the shopfloor he would be aghast!

I have been a Yamaha man through and through for over 40 years and I spend tens of thousands of pounds every year on racing my R1’s and off-roading and there is no way on god’s green earth I would give Cresant Yamaha a single penny of my money!

Great service as usual, dealt with them for many years and will continue to do so. They couldn't be more helpful!

Very unhappy with appalling customer service.

They sell me a faulty battery and when reported they say it is my motorbike the one with the fault, not their battery. Had to take the bike to a garage to get it checked by professional mechanic to establish bike is fine battery is faulty.

Have been given refund for the battery but they will not pay for the return postage?????

They give me excuses about eBay rules because the battery was sent back more than 30 days after purchase, which is true, but it was only because you made me go through all that hassle with my everyday way of transport.

Whenever called I was tossed from one representative to another, my emails sent were replied with no signature so don't even know who I am dealing with, terrible service.

I feel CHEATED
