Bought a hundred brass
Bought a hundred brass, new, that was spotted and tarnished. Sent emails with pics, called left message and no response. All I want is what I paid for, new brass cases. The worse company response ever.

Vastaus yritykseltä Creedmoor Sports
Hi, Larry.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re sorry you were unhappy with the condition of the brass you received. We did respond to your email regarding this issue. All of the brass we sell is new brass. We checked the brass we have in inventory, and it looks the same as the one you received. We provided a return shipping label so the brass can be sent back to us. Once we receive the returned brass, we will process your refund. We’re happy to resolve the issue, but we do need the product returned first. We appreciate your understanding.

Great customer service!
My experience with Creedmoor sports has again been a positive one. It started with a need for precision rimfire ammunition to sight inn a couple of new rifles and scopes. I saw what I needed on their website but I needed more info, so I called the customer service line and asked how many different lots of ammunition they had and the customer service specialist immediately told me they had 2 different lots and exactly how to order so I could get some of both lots.
This made the ordering process much easier and allowed me to get exactly what I needed for my project.
