It's hard to beat Lapua brass for neck wall thickness, concentricity, OAL, headspace and weight variance. Like any other component, "dimensional consistency" out-of-the-box is a key initial "sort" criteria old-school handloaders are gonna use every time. If you're "chasing precision", Lapua brass will help you get there.

Same thing to be said as my review for 6.5 Grendel brass. However this is much more affordable, totally to the the fact that 308 is much more common in shooting than the Grendel.

Lapis brass is the only brass that I use. It last longer than any other that I tried.Full neck resizing comes out perfect every time.

Outstanding consistency across 600 pieces of brass. Minimal variation in case volume. No need to uniform flash holes or primer pockets. Inside neck measured .300". I opened up the necks to .306 before fire forming.
