Ryan has done an excellent job of gathering necessary information, then putting it in an understandable book that flows nicely. Highly recommended by someone in the process of learning as I go.

Advanced Long Range Shooting
This book is the advanced follow-on to the bestselling Long Range Shooting Handbook, written for shooters who have mastered the fundamentals and want to push their skills further. It breaks down advanced long-range concepts into clear, practical lessons you can apply on the range.
Drawing on years of experience as a special operations sniper and instructor, the author covers advanced ammunition, external ballistics, and real-world application. Topics include ballistic software, wind and moving target calculations, and precision handloading.
Designed as a long-term reference, this guide helps bridge the gap between basic knowledge and repeatable long-range precision.

I have the first book and I learned quite a lot from it. This second book is also very good-it goes over a lot of information about reloading-which I have been doing for a long time-but I read those chapters anyway just to see if I could pick up anything new. Did learn a few things there. Only through about 1/3 of the second volume. I am glad I bought the second volume.

Same stuff but presented in a different way from a different prospective in may cases. Gives a better insight which often really helps. It could use a better editor.

This book really helps with my shooting at 300 to 800 yds with my RPR 338 Lapua mag and 2 Tika T3X TAC A1’s in 308 and 6.5 creedmore. I highly recommend it.
