SCAM! Stay out of it!
Credo Bank turned out to be one of the worst banking experiences I’ve had. They charge a 30 GEL “Cross-Border Fee” every month, even if you don’t use the card at all. Since there are already account maintenance charges, this extra fee looks like pure unjust enrichment.
On top of that, it’s impossible to close an account remotely, and the bank keeps adding this fee as debt even when your balance is zero.
To make matters worse, their mobile app feels outdated, full of bugs, and unreliable for daily banking.
A modern bank should stand for fairness, transparency, and proper digital services. Sadly, Credo Bank fails on all of these fronts.
