Lucky enough to speak to Soovidha!

It took me 30 minutes and 3 departments to make a payment but I was put through to a lovely lady called Cassandra Bridges. Ongoing IVA changes
I rung up this afternoon, asking for advice and some clarification on my account. After initially talking to another employee, I was transferred to Caitlin Quinn who was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to raise things in our conversation I wouldn't have even thought of to make sure I was getting the support I needed throughout my IVA. She was extremely patient in regards to me sending the correct documents over, and replied so quickly to her emails, making sure I knew everything I needed too.
