This website is very easy to navigate and very informative regarding products, stock levels, online ordering and delivery. I had been searching tirelessly for what I wanted and was elated to find it online at Creative Gardens. I'm housebound due to medical issues and to see that they posted items I was so pleased. I placed my order, received confirmation email and went straight back and ordered another. Confirmation emails were very quick and shortly followed by shipping details. Items arrived on the estimated delivery date. From start to finish it was a pleasure to shop here and it certainly won't be my last time either. Ease of ordering online, quick & free delivery despite courier getting lost although eventually arrived after a phone call. The Alexander Rose Companion sets (x2) are excellent quality with good instructions to assemble. The boxes were very heavy the courier was unable to help carrying in as palate would not fit through garden gate on his trolley, fortunately we managed with help from a neighbour. I purchased a barbecue online as Creative Gardens were the local supplier. It was super easy to use the ordering system and they had a great offer on there too for me. Delivery of my barbecue was as planned and the courier was exceptional in their delivery of what was a very heavy and awkward load. I found the website to have great information on the product. Ordering and emails to confirm returned quickly. I was kept fully up to date on delivery. You were able to track delivery driver and time of delivery so not waiting around all day.

I was looking for a Pergola and ordered one from Creative Gardens online. The communication from the company was excellent, particularly around delivery. I received updates, and it was delivered on time, within a week. The gentlemen who delivered the boxes were so friendly (and witty!).
Assembly was relatively easy (some issues with alignment of screws, but that is a manufacturing issue). It took longer to unpack the boxes than it did to actually assemble the Pergola.

I have to say that my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

Placed online order for kiln dried logs. For someone like me with limited tech skills, ordering was relatively simple and straightforward.
The logs were delivered on the date promised by a pleasant man who placed them exactly where I wanted.
All in all hassle free.

Delivery was a bit slow but my purchase was competitively priced and there was excellent communication throughout. My emails were always responded to in a timely fashion and Creative Gardens also chased up the delivery company on my behalf. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again

We ordered another set of chairs with a middle section.
It took 2 days from order to delivery.
This creative gardens centre is so good,There delivery guy who did his second delivery to us,is a great lad.
The product we bought is an excellent addition to our other garden seat we bought a while back.
