Branded logos are now removing my reviews, but i'll summarise my experience:

£600 paid - £49 wordpress theme which they insited was 'custom' +£40 plugin which didnt work.

Numerous deadline extensions just hoping i would forget about it

100% money back guarantee not honoured - something in their policy states it is void after you agree to the design concept, which they send a day after you pay them just to show what they claim it will look like. So essentially they dont have a refund policy since everyone will accept that, not knowing they are voiding the refund policy

Called and demanded i remove the review or they will not complete the website - they couldnt complete it anyway and refused to provide a refund so i wrote a review.

Issued with a letter of notice from my bank who agreed i should be issued a refund - received no response

2 months on they are removing reviews and still not offering a refund, as well as not actually providing me with the service i paid for, which is a breach of UK law...

Update!! - They trade under ITECHDEVICES UK LTD. So i will be issuing an additional letter of notice for them to provide a refund, and will then proceed with debt collectors or begin court proceedings.

Alternatively, Branded logos, stop being cowards and removing reviews, and just give me a refund, i have no intentions of stopping writing reviews and it will cost you more than it costs me.

Quick, simple, and just what I needed.

Carl is super helpful and responds to email fairly quickly. My only suggestion to future customers that it can take 24-hours to 48 hours for the most little change in specifications. Other than that the team are patient and cater to your demands.

The company have been extremely helpful and accessible throughout the process of branding my logo. All queries I've had they have come straight back to me and have always been patient and helpful. I dealt mainly with Carl who was really great to work with, throughout the branding I wasn't sure what the process was but Carl was there at each step explaining to me what was happening and what the next step was. It made the whole thing so much easier having him there.. Would highly recommend Branded Logos and their staff.

Good portal for viewing designs, good timely responses to communication, logo designs varied and to my vision. This service delivered as promised and Carl was consistent throughout the process. In addition he made an extra effort to assist me further at the end of the process, which was much appreciated.

Wasnt too sure about all of this at first but thanks to carl, he really made everything very easy for me and reassured any doubts i had at the beginning i would highly recomend any one who wants to make a logo that is personal to them but havnt got the tools to do so, very happy and would like to thank carl and everyone involved in my new logo

Very good in as much as my priority was to have a brand / logo that fitted my new business. Therefore the the process by which I provided the background information enabled me to put over my ideas/ thoughts and concept in a manner that was then subsequently developed into a number of draft ideas from which I was able to make an informed choice.

Absolute Gem of a company, was a little hesitant at first as I've never heard of them but WOW Carl and his team are fabulous! Great communication and great work they produce.
