Redeemed a $10 reward which was my 1st redemption. The company has horrible reviews but I have been doing surveys for many years and I know sometimes there are grievances and rewards are rejected for many different reasons and participant's are quick to leave negative feedback because they didn't agree with the reason the reward was rejected.

I tested it out for myself and my January 13,2026 redemption is still pending. The first ticket I submitted I was told since it was my 1st redemption it will be under review for 60 days. They closed the ticket. After the 60 day were up, I reopened the ticket and they closed it without responding. I reopened the ticket today and told them this is ridiculous and I would be leaving a review and or feedback anywhere and everywhere I could concerning this matter.

If I receive my reward I will update this review and advise the matter has been resolved. 🤞🤞

Otherwise, avoid this fraudulent company at all cost!!

I have been waiting for my redemptions to get to me. That v is four weeks. I have contacted them three times. I have gotten one response. It said that my redemption would be filled in a week. Today it's been longer than a week.

Requested rewards in November 2024 and i haven't received it yet. I emailed twice and they don't even bother to reply.

I think this is one of the worst time wasters I've ever had if you don't want to waste your time like I did I recommend you stay away from this site they always take away your points and the rewards you claim never arrive.

THEY HAVE BEEN SPAMMING MY MAIL SPACE, GOT OVER 3000 SPAM MESSAGES FROM THEM, SO MUCH SO THAT THEY COVERED ALL MY NOTIFICATIONS FROM ONLINE PAYMENTS, SALES. YOU DON'T GET MONEY FROM THEM, YOU LOSE MONEY BECAUSE OF THEM.
I'M STARTING A CAMPAIGN THAT AIMS TO DESTROY THIS WEBSITE ONCE AND FOR GOOD, SO THAT NO ONE HAS TO SUFFER FROM THIS SIMILAR CASE.
ALSO THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS, THEY DON'T EVEN REPLY TO YOU AT ALL.

My experience is much the same. I redeemed a reward two and a half months ago, and it still shows pending in my account. They continue to send survey invitations while refusing to respond to emails [the only way to contact them], even though they do provide a case number [kind of useless]. DON'T get involved with this company!

This company does not pay you or reply to your emails inquiries, they owe me 3 rewards request since last year, and despite daily emails they do not reply, and did some more google about them and seems thats what they do to all, they keep sending surveys and once you redeem your points they do not pay and refuse to reply to your emails i guess they want you to get tired and let your earnings go
