Very clunky portal
This company runs our managing agents portal. It is so clunky and difficult to use and when trying to open it on my phone it is extremely hard to read so I guess it is not properly made to use on mobile phones. No good these days.

Poor user experience! The platform is slow and not mobile friendly.
The platform is not mobile friendly and cases can take 30+ seconds to load. The platform needs significant work, as a consumer this is not the engagement that you want to provide.

I feel our company has been totally missold on this product.
All this talk of "no-code" and "citizen developers" is great in the sales pitch, but please don't get suckered in.
Once you're in the real world, there's no quality support, a lot of simple tasks require code to complete. The "Freedom UI" is barely flexible like it's claimed to be, plus website articles are a mish-mash of things that are for Freedom UI and things that are for their old UI builder, meaning it's impossible to find decent tutorials. The co-pilot AI comes out with complete nonsense and advice not related to Creatio.
No-code? If you want to do anything interesting, you will need code. Integrating web forms? you need to build webhooks and work with coding languages like javascript, html & css to build them. Change the interface? If you're not doing something ultra-basic, you will need to learn JavaScript and Creatio's specific schema. Building processes? You will definitely benefit from knowing C#. Even then, any slight mistake in your code results in massive freezes or crashes of the entire system - they have implemented 0 error handling into Creatio and support is slow to resolve the issue resulting in days of downtime.
This is far from an enterprise ready platform. Please go with one of the more established platforms like HubSpot for your sanity. Yes it's not the cheapest, but it will be cheaper in the long-run and you will see more value from the product.

Utter utter tripe, no wonder Firstport went for this abomination of a system to fleece leaseholders further.
Slow, no information, useless layout and I refuse to use the system.

How is this software vendor even…
How is this software vendor even considered enterprise ready. Our management company recently switched from Salesforce to Creatio and it is such an enormous downgrade in usability. Creatio regularly hangs on loading pages, is exceptionally slow and unresponsive and is missing basic features like the ability to sort by date on list views. Like sure I want to see all of my cases or development documents in a random order without any ability to sort by most recent when there may be hundreds to scroll through! I can only imagine it is very cheap so was a cost saving measure.
