Over exaggerated but not bad…
I was thinking when I first read these reviews that it seemed a little performative but alas, I thought I would try it myself. I bought the selection pack and a lot of the reviews said “it doesn’t taste like a protein bar it’s so smooth etc” I can confirm in my opinion that is over exaggerated, It definitely tastes like a protein bar, some more than others cookie crunch was so far the least fav, with triple choc being the best with very limited protein bar taste, salted caramel was good but incredibly sweet and have yet to try the creamy raspberry. If the macros are reported correctly it’s a good product overall, haven’t noticed much bloating, not seeing much weight retention on the scales typical of creatine use so I can’t confirm whether that is a personal body issue or whether this could potentially be not substantial
Creatine. It’s too early to see any results longer term at the moment but will update accordingly

Happy to hear you’re a fan of our Triple Choc, that’s one of our favourites too and I’m glad you got a variety pack so you could try them all, let us know what you think of the creamy raspberry when you try it.
Regarding your other observations, because creatine works via gradual muscle saturation and intracellular hydration, it typically takes around 3–4 weeks of consistent daily intake for benefits to fully set in, especially as you’ve only recently received the box. Changes on the scale due to intracellular hydration can vary a lot person to person, particularly early on, so what you’re experiencing so far is very normal.
We spent over a year and went through 30+ iterations to get the bars to where they are now, so hearing that you think it’s a good product really does mean a lot to us. We love that you’re giving it proper time and looking at how your body responds. Definitely keep us posted as you go, and thanks again for your order.

Game-changer for daily creatine
I recently ordered a box of the Cookie Crunch bar and absolutely loved it. It’s incredibly smooth and the texture is much nicer than any other protein bar I’ve tried. Finally, a supplement that actually feels like a treat. I’ll definitely be ordering more and keen to try the other flavours!

This bar is a no‑brainer. It has that light, Milky Way-style texture you actually look forward to eating, not the usual chalky protein bar feel. With 3g creatine, 15g protein, collagen and only 144 kcals, it fits into the day easily without feeling heavy or like a compromise. It tastes more like a normal chocolate bar than a “functional” one, so it’s something I’d happily keep in the car, at the office or in a gym bag – this will fly once people try it.
