During this virus / stay at home time my order was delayed. I wrote to customer service asking why it was late and got the most informative and understanding reply. Ann, who wrote to me, could not have been nicer. I will definitely do business with Create For Less again and again. Plus do love their array of products.

Good variety of crafting needs and…

Good variety of crafting needs and pricing is reasonable. Don't like that you have to spend$50.00 to get free shipping. Would be nice if it was lower... I would probably buy more with lower and/or free shipping was available.

I can always depend on CreateForLess…

I can always depend on CreateForLess for the items I need and prompt delivery is fantastic. Only once have I had an issue with an order missing two items and when I sent a message the error was corrected immediately and the missing items received quickly.
Unfortunately, the items I ordered were for school projects that will now not be completed for this school year. I hope to be able to use them when classes are able to resume in our schools.
I hope everyone stays safe and practices social-distancing to keep the spread of COVID-19 to a minimum in all of our communities!

I was very pleased with both orders

I was very pleased with both orders. I did have a question that was answered without any problem. I love the embroidery floss. Package arrived early, prices are are within my budget. Overall a very positive experience
