Hej Crazygames, jeg har haft et lille problem med jeres underholdningsprodukt. jeg sad og gættede danske byer/veje. MEN!!!!! ligepludselig spawnede jeg på en ved der hed "Ved Grænsen" så jeg tænker da lad mig gætte tæt på grænsen. men nårrrrr nej jeres skralde underholdningsprodukt viser at det er en vej tæt ved københavn. så jeg vil blive meget glad vis denne såkaldte BUG blev patched og jeg måske kunne få nogle penge retur ;)

Je joue à AUTOGUN HEROES depuis 1 trimestre. Y a pas une journée sans avoir un bug et là, 4 fois que je fais le même niveau qui tourne en rond. BIG BUG SANS FIN !! Site pas sérieux du tout et jeu sympa mais lassant ... Dommage

This is regarding the ONLY game I play on that site..Merge Academy. It was taking forever to fill one "customers" order so I went ahead and spent 20.00 to purchase some coins so I could complete the order and move on. I did initially receive the coins, completed the order and was almost to the point where I was at 500 pts, I needed 517, to progress, but I had other things to do so I signed off, came back on about 2 hours later and MY COINS I PURCHASED ARE GONE and the game reset itself BACK to where I was before. Now I'm out $$ and progress. I DID SIGN OUT so where'd my purchase go? I do have the purchase showing in my email. I did send them the transaction number and have yet to hear anything back from anyone regarding this problem. I guess I'll have to reach out to my CC company and have them cancel the transition on my end too now.

I've only been playing the one game, which I enjoy, and occasionally made item/package purchases. Once, whilst doing a purchase of a limited time pack, it somehow had an error but the transaction went through and came out of my credit card. Naturally, I was upset. I reached out via email, and had such a warm, understanding and wonderful experience! This person is Nahee Lee, who responded quickly to me, and helped me out, and I got my refund! All only took like 2-3 days! Such awesome customer service!

For some reason, Papa's Scooperia won't start up and I lost all my progress. Whenever I click the game, it stays on a black screen and won't load the game in. I tried everything, but it won't work.

The games glitch out so much it;s terrible and explicit things pop up out of no where. would not recommend

My kids love this website. Easy to access and a lot of Games for free. Really fun !

I've been playing Merge Bistro for some time. As I was progressing, there was an update and the next time I played, was shunted back a few levels, so had to redo them. This was not fun, but I enjoyed the game, so went through them again. This time, several months later, it happened once more. Just as I was about to get another of the characters 'Foxy', there was an 'update of official play' kind of message, which I confirmed. Then when I went to play, was transported way back in the levels. This is not funny, nor to be expected, as it took a time to reach where I was. Have messaged them twice, but received no response. Would suggest folk don't play games where you have to do a lot to progress, because they do nothing if their system decides to shunt you back several levels. That's bad enough, but they then ignore your requests for assistance.

Why would you delete Call of War?! It is the coolest game on your site. Please put the game back and I wil give you a 5 star feedback and I will delete this one. There are other games that are lame (I will dont name them) who are horrible and for tiny kids. Seriously, I bet tiny kids are not even entering this site. Call of War was liked by so many people. Do you really want to lose that people and those likes? Please make Call of War available again.

It is a pretty fun site! And there is never more than one add at a time! I love CRAZY GAMES!!!
