I have nothing but great things to say about Crawford Espresso. I was on the fence of buying a Mahlkonig e64ws, and their team answered all my questions to the point where I felt confortable with the decision. The machine itself has been great!
After sales has also been great, as I've received both an email and a phone call confirming my order, and that it would be shipping soon. Package also arrived one day earlier than expected.
In a world where it feels now everything is AI and automated, it's nice to feel there's a team of human beings that care about your needs.
Will definitely be buying from Crawford Espresso again!

Amazing experience
I placed an order on Sunday and when I checked my email on Monday morning I had a confirmation. Later on Monday I received an email that my order had shipped and would be delivered on Thursday. I received the order on Wednesday, a day early.

I recently purchased the Mahlkonig E64 WS GBW Espresso Grinder and Sync Scale from Crawford Espresso and had a great experience from start to finish. Before purchasing, I reached out with a question, and their customer service was incredibly quick and helpful in responding.
The shipping was also amazingly fast. I ordered the grinder in the morning, and it arrived the very next day. That level of service is hard to find.
The grinder itself has been fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for, but what really stood out was the excellent customer support and fast turnaround from Crawford Espresso. Highly recommend purchasing from them!

The Crawford Espresso folks were super helpful. I responded to their customer service chat pre-purchase and informed them I was trying to weigh multiple grinder options. Their response wasn't pushy, but patient, and they offered up pros/cons of each, genuinely helpful. I needed further time to validate, and when I ordered my grinder (Mahlkonig X64D) a few days later it was shipped promptly, at the best price I could find, packaged with care. They were an excellent company to do business with, and I'm sure I'll order more coffee gear from them in the future.
