It has been a while since I have been in the market for furniture but I was really impressed when I went into Cranleigh Furniture's showroom for a casual look. There was plenty of furniture on display and the helpful team were on hand to answer questions and to give advice when needed but without pushing me to make a purchase. When I had decided what I wanted, it was available for delivery much earlier than expected from the timescales in the manufacturer's brochure and the delivery team were very polite and careful. I'm really happy with my experience of Cranleigh Furniture and have no hesitation in giving them a 5* rating.

Great phone service, answered questions quickly and efficiently. Order process simple. Bought a Neptune Swivel chair at the best price I could find. Delivery promise kept and they delivered and assembled it free of charge. Highly recommended.

Making the order was straight forward and the page set up is easy to navigate easy to find what your looking for.
Delivery came on the day they said it would the only down side to the delivery the box's were left outside my front door even though I had stated that I am disabled. It was the driver who decided to leave them like that (NOT) the company I ordered from.
Excellent company will use again they need to change delivery service.

Clear about stock levels and best way to get delivered

I have just moved into the area and decided to buy a chest of drawers for my spare room in a shop as opposed to online. This product exceeded my expectations in that the quality and finish is excellent. There is so much tat around these days it was a lovely surprise. Good value for money too.

My wife ordered a cabinet and nest of tables,a great company to deal with,delivery was promised 5 to 14 days arrived well on time,reasonably priced and excellent quality..
The delivery guys were very polite,very helpful and unpacked the goods and took the packing away..
