Craft Whisky Club Arvostelua 330

Does this company still exist? It has been months since I have been sent a bottle. I have emailed a few times and then finally stopped getting emails back.

-CWC either takes a long time to respond to emails or doesn't respond at all.
-The website said various kinds of whiskey were to be sent, but all of it was scotch.
-We received two two-bottle-at-a-time orders, and the second was the same exact bottles as the first.

The variety has changed, the snacks weren’t good and now we receive none. I’ve tried to cancel my membership and have emailed with no response and have been locked out of my account and can’t even reset my password. I’ll be contacting my cc company for your fraud.

I got a 6-month membership for my husband for Christmas. Each shipment arrived on time and contained 2 very different/unique whiskeys. He was happy and that's what mattered to me. My only suggestion would be to offer an easier way to stop/cancel the membership. No big reason for cancelling after 6 months, it is just that six months was just the right amount of time. Thanks.

I enjoy the variety of quality craft whisky choices every two months. It has allowed us to sample some that we would never have tried if it weren't for the club. Unfortunately, the shipping company is making it difficult to get our orders. They are difficult to get in touch with and often say that the package is undeliverable even though we make the effort to be available to sign for it. Getting in touch with them to schedule redelivery is near impossible. In fact, I cannot rate the most recent order because it was never delivered and I will need to make phone calls next week to track it down.

I started ordering the craft whiskeys after seeing the PBS documentary on the revival of the small distilleries. I have enjoyed the selections for almost 2 years.

According to the website, a food pairing from the country the whisky is from and a wee gift, at times, is provided.
The pairing was a bag of nuts from San Diego, California, not New Zealand or Japan as indicated with the whisky that arrived. After a few months of the membership a "wee gift" was not provided.

Unfortunately, this didn't live up to our standards and the website misrepresents what's provided. We have since canceled the membership.

First delivery was good.
Second delivery attempt, the recipient never was told it was attempted and or where to go pick up. Once I looked into it, it was too late.
It has now been return to you.

This place is a scam dont buy they charged me for 2 month and never received anything

Great product - been a subscriber for years. Amazing array of whiskies from around the globe. Introduced us to a number of wonderful small batch distilleries. Great customer service: had a concern with our last delivery -the delivery not the product - they went above and beyond to satisfy us.

If there was a negative rating… I would have used that. Never received my shipment. Have sent more than 10 emails requesting a refund, cancellation WITH NO RESPONSE. You cannot cancel on their website- have to email but then you get no response. BEWARE!! Scam here

Paid for a recurring subscription to receive a shipment every other month. I received two shipments in 2022 and have yet to receive my next shipment even after being charged. Attempted to contact the company and there was no reply. Probably better to go elsewhere since this company does not care about its customers.

I purchased (prepaid) a 3 month subscription for my boyfriend for Christmas - the first shipment arrived the middle of November. He was due his second shipment (sent every other month) a few weeks ago but it has not arrived.

I went on the website to track "My Next Box" and the page isn't working (and hasn't been). I have emailed FOUR times in 2 weeks about the issue and have received NO RESPONSE! I am beyond irritated as email is the only way to contact them. I am finally writing a review in the hopes they see it and finally respond.

Attempted to purchase and transaction was not approved YET they charged my card for over a THOUSAND dollars. Non responsive to emails and no other way to contact them. Their social media seems like it was not updated for more than a year so - DO NOT USE as they may no longer be in business
