I had an issue with my account and reached out to the escalation team and they quickly resolved my issue

I never wanted this never used it and never received anything from it. Just want my money back and cancel the subscription thank you

I have not yrs received my complete reimbursement into my account for my cancellation due to it's not what I wanted I have tried cancelling many times and there had been 2 payment taken out of my bank even when I told you that it was not what I was looking for you will continue to take payments out. The company is a good company it's just that it is not what I'm looking for. Please continue my cancellation and credit my account because I have not bought anything from this company. I have not purchased anything from you to take any payments out of my bank account and that's working. Overall you company is great, but it's not what I was looking for and I made it very clear from the very beginning.

I had this charge on my account an I didn't no what it was they were so friendly an help me threw getting my money back

I am very satisfied and impressed with the response time when reaching out to customer service to cancel a membership I didn’t know I had signed up for. I am very happy I was able to get my issue resolved without any confusion or headaches.

Well the fact is I had to cancel all transactions and get a total refund. I don't know no one is perfect, so therefore no process is totally perfect. But the resolution Team was very gracious! And I will be receiving a full reimbursement. So I say that since no no one is perfect neither is any process because of human input hints four stars! Always room for improvement. Stay blessed!

Eric contacted me and was kind and polite. I would request the team to reimburse the subscription money they have deducted from my credit card ASAP please
