Rapid response

I submitted the cancellation and was charged again. I reply to the “new subscription” email requesting the cancellation and they answered me with and apology note and saying they were refunding what I paid in full.

I went through all of the necessary…

I went through all of the necessary steps to cancel my membership.After which I was informed it would be canceled 2 months later. I sent an email and was informed my account would be canceled today with a refund. I am very satisfied with the quick and efficient response.

They did the normal back and forth with…

They did the normal back and forth with me which is to be expected, companies need to protect themselves. They listened to me and understood my situation and we came to a resolution. They gave me back the faith I had lost in companies doing the right thing.

After being told I would receive a full…

After being told I would receive a full refund, I gave a good review of Craftvow. Well, the refund didn't show up and I heard nothing from Craftvow. What did show up was an additional charge on my bank account. I had to put a stop payment on the transaction. I wish I could award them zero stars.

It's a big mistake

Actually this is my first time..I tried because it's only 30sar..but unfortunately after I press the pay option..it's seems that my all money left in my bank card almost gone...so please how can I cancel it and refund my money...UNTIL NOW THOSE ITEM THAT I PAID THRU STC PAY DIDN'T COME YET OR WILL NEVER..HARAM...WHY THIS COMPANY OR STORE DID NONSTOP PAYMENT... HOPEFULLY YOU WILL GET BACK MY MONEY...
