It’s a true tabernacle of good things, judiciously chosen, artfully arranged, and nothing less than the most discriminating showcase of the finest arts and crafts of the entire West Cork region. The Craft Shop Bantry has the most extensive range of Birkenstock. New styles, colours, exclusive collections and Oiled Leather Birkenstock including Arizona, Mayari, Gizeh and Boston. Birkenstock boots, shoes and clogs are always in the shop and you can get them online.

Great business

Great customer service. The order was sent out very quickly and the product was fabulous. My third time ordering from this store and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my birks.

A Pleasure to shop with.

Great business to deal with both online and in person, did not have the sandals I wanted and suggested alternative which I am delighted with. Excellent communication, prompt delivery, always a pleasure to shop with The Craft Shop Bantry.

Absolutely fantastic

This is the first time I've ordered from 'The Craft Shop' and I have to say I'm really impressed!
The Birkinstock shoes which I only ordered a few days ago as a birthdsy present have already arrived,wow! Neatly packaged, really nice shoes (which my mum is going to love) and a little note inside which I thought was a really sweet added touch.
Thankyou to the people working in this lovely little shop, I would definitely order from you again and shall be recommending to friends and family! 😊

Delighted

Fast delivery and no problem when I discovered that I had ordered the wrong item, without batting an eyelid, the replacement was sent as soon as I had posted back the ‘mistake order’. Wonderful and do great to be s le to support a local business :)

Great selection and customer service!

Fabulous customer service! Colleen messaged me shortly after placing my order to let me know the Biscay Bay Arizona in stock was a slightly different shade/intensity, and included a picture, said it was ok if I wanted to cancel. The color was fine. They arrived today and the color is gorgeous.
In 35 years of wearing Birks I've never had such considerate customer service.
I'm in the US and Craft Shop Bantry has a great selection of wide widths and colors that are unavailable here-and better prices. Even with shipping from Ireland, total was less than what I've found here.
Thanks so much Colleen, I'll be a repeat customer!
