His understanding and knowledge of the product made it very easy to get exactly what I needed
I can't speak highly enough of this company and recommend them highly. Gareth was more than helpful and offered suggestions regarding the engraving of the 3 tankards I had ordered that I was pleased to accept and I was delighted with the result. He even followed up for me with the carrier when there was a hitch in the delivery schedule (to the U.S.) demonstrating Gareth's commitment to customer service. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for pewter products.
Gareth and his team worked extensively with us on multiple customized configurations over a period of several weeks. The resulting products (tankards) were of the highest quality and looked great!
