I received my parcel on Tuesday although i didnt find it until today. The diamond art i got was great. But when it got delivered yodel delivery man didnt knock on the door. I was in but he left it outside behind a pipe. But i kbow it wasnt craft hubs fault

Love the beautiful and good quality wooden puzzles with odd shapes that add a notch of difficulty to the experience. Customer service is next level responsive and prompt. Very helpful in sorting out my orders.

I reached out to customer service because I thought the package for my diamond art kit—the one containing the drills—hadn’t been delivered. Since it was after 5 PM on a Friday, I knew I likely wouldn’t hear back until the next business day.

In the meantime, I searched again… and sure enough, I found the “missing” package. 😅 I felt a little ridiculous for jumping the gun.

To my surprise, I received a response within an hour. Anna from Craft Hub customer service kindly asked me to send a photo of what I had received. I let her know I had found everything and apologized for the confusion—but also thanked her for such a quick and professional response.

This was my first purchase from Craft Hub, and I’m genuinely impressed. The canvas quality is top-notch, there’s no sticky residue outside the design area, and the drills are incredibly shiny!

Got my paint by numbers of lord of the rings. Was easy to do and turned out amazing. Looking forward to do the next one.

I ordered a themed Paint By Numbers, and loved the finished product. This was my first Paint By Numbers, so the instructions and reference card with the paint colors was so helpful. There was plenty of paint to finish the painting - there was even an extra container of one of the paint colors that took up a lot of the painting, which I used. I reached out to customer support with a question about the product, and they were quick to respond. Highly recommended.

I love the puzzles! They are unique & fun to work on! They are also a good quality for using a puzzle saver & hanging up/displaying. I will continue to order more for myself & they make a great gift!

The small puzzles help my husband with his unique form of dementia to retain some memory. They are small enough not to take up too much room. We live in a tiny house, so room is important. Great buy.

Great have bought a few pictures now they great quality get everything you need to do you picture and looks great when finished I would deffo recommend this company for your diamond painting

Bought the Barad dur nook, the wires all came broken and wouldn't turn on. Got told they can't send a new part out and don't sell new ones. Outside vendors will tell you to email them for parts but they say no. Gotta figure out how to deal with it after spending 60$ on it..:

I ordered my first set of diamond puzzles from Craft Hub after seeing them on sale. The shipping took almost two months, but the quality of the products is fantastic. I'm about halfway through my first one, and everything looks just like the picture. The items are high quality. If you're okay waiting a bit, you won't be disappointed.

Product is lovely but cost of posting for something g so light is daylight robbery and the amount of time it takes to arrives is a joke. You really need to say how long delivery is expected to be.

I bought a hedwig 3d puzzle, when putting it together I found it didn’t fit together as the holes and ridges were not aligned so it fell apart, upon contacting them I asked for a refund I was told that because I had partially put it together I wasn’t eligible for a full refund, Ridiculous as how can you tell that it won’t fit together by just looking at it, needless to say I won’t be buying again

Ordered a puzzle for my child for christmas. Puzzle arrived with a piece missing. I emailed them and responded to their request for photos. I never got a replacement for the missing piece, or a replacement puzzle or a refund. Puzzles are nice but the service is not great with poor response rate.

I received my order and worked one of the puzzles right away. They are fun to do and do not take up a lot of room or time. I love them!
