CPS Homes Arvostelua

An excellent letting agency! Nikki Hamer was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process.

A fantastic letting company. Florence and her team was very helpful, from viewing to signing of contracts. I highly recommend Cps homes. Thank you for your service.

My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about our experience as new landlords with CPS.
Rhys has been absolutely fantastic to work with, Highly professional, easy to communicate to and was super attentive, I would recommend him to anybody looking to rent out their property.

Also special mention to Kacey, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, super focused and constantly kept us in the loop!

Fab team!

I’ve had a great experience with CPS. Nikki and Flo especially — they’ve re-let my properties quickly, professionally, and with excellent communication throughout. Reliable, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Nothing was too much trouble with Flo, from viewing to secure the property - always helpful and very efficient 🙂

Yes Angela has been a great help throughout the process of selling my wife's deceased aunts bungalow!
Many thanks

We viewed a rental property with Jess, who was very courteous and helpful on the viewing. We were delighted to secure the property, and we send all our thanks to Florence Bailey who dealt with the administration to secure the property with a professional approach. Very happy with the service given.

Fantastic service from the outset! Angela and her team were agents that genuinely appeared to care about our home and its sale. Communication post viewing was excellent and viewings were booked with consideration making sure it was as non disruptive for us as possible. When two of our sales fell through due to buyers changing their minds, CPS were right on the case bringing more buyers through the door again. They’ve found us a buyer that appears to love our home which we are really happy about, we couldn’t recommend them more as agents in this competitive housing market. Thank you Angela you’re an absolute star!

Viewed property for sale with Tiffany today. Excellent service as usual like the rental team. Had answers to all my questions.

We recently viewed a property with Erin (from the Woodville Road branch) and she was so lovely and chatty when showing us around the flat. She kept us updated every step of our application process and answered any questions we had!

We were then accepted by the landlord for the property and Rhiannon (from the Roath branch) took over our signing process. She was very helpful any time we had questions and always followed up with us if she needed to double check something! She really made the signing process very simple and easy!

The team at both branches were great and really helpful and would recommend looking to find a property to rent with them!

Tiffany was/is very good in my opinion bery professional, with putting an offer in it was all agreed and got the ball rolling working half a day, very good 10/10 for this young lady .

I have been using this firm for twenty years and have always had exemplary service from them, and always found them to be friendly, courteous and efficient

Wonderful experience with CPS Homes. Very friendly and always making sure you as an occupant gets the best and conducive place to stay.

Very professional and helpful company, especially Nikki Hamer

Great experience so far as me and a friend are looking to move into a new property. From the viewing with Jessica Jones, to the discussion of considerations involved in renting a new property with Erin Gwilt, the team have been great, helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Nathan was really helpful when we were searching for a house back in 2022. We didn't manage to find anything at the time as the market was crazy, but we've recently asked him to take a look at the house we ended up buying for advice on how to best renovate to sell. Nathan went above and beyond to offer really great advice and produce a report of comparable sold properties in the area. We're very grateful and hope to sell with him when the time comes. Thanks Nathan!!

Great help while putting a deposit down for a new home. Especially Erin Gwilt and Jessica Jones who helped us through the whole process making it very swift and easy.

Incredibly fast and easy process when securing our home through CPS. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Nikki Hamer who helped us throughout the signing process.

Lovely, friendly staff on the face of it. However, having had my property advertised for rent with them for 5/6 weeks, only 3 viewings had been carried out. Communication and feedback was lacking throughout and when I proactively sought feedback, I was consistently told that the market was quiet and that things would pick up in the summer. They had already advised to drop the price twice, which I did reluctantly, to a price lower than the house had been rented for previously. After 5/6 weeks, there was till no sign of the property being let and therefore, I moved it to another Cardiff based letting agent who secured and carried out 5 viewings within 48 hours of the property being advertised, 3 of which wanted to proceed. For clarity, the rental/affordability criteria for both agencies was comparable. Consequently, I think that tells its own story.

Extremely friendly and professional. Quickly promoted my property and kept me informed of progress. Ensured they had all the relevant information to hand for potential purchasers
