Waste of money. Non existent web address to send assignments. No course materials as promised. Is this a scam? It needs investigating.

Terrible. I ordered my certificate for £44 after I completed my course I got told it would be 20 days until it came, it didn’t come then they said they needed my details again they said it would be another 20 days, still hasn’t come yet. I ordered on 9th January, it is now 11th April. I’ve messaged student support many times-no reply. I emailed and got an email back saying my name isn’t on their system, well my course and log in says otherwise! Scammers, they will take your money and make up silly excuses to not get your certificate. DO NOT USE.

It's ok - but what can you expect for under £20?

Ultimately I wouldn't recommend as the course content (mine is at least) is extremely outdated. Their "further reading" is suggesting for me to read books from over 10 years ago and some of the content isn't very well written

This is especially harmful as the marketing sector changes by the month.

But if you want a cheap, low-risk starting point, it should do the trick. Just take everything they say with a pinch of salt and make sure CPD isn't your only source of learning

All the reviews say great customer service? I havnt received that at all! I’ve been waiting for over a week for a link so I can start my course when I was informed it would take up to 48 hours. I emailed the cpd email address twice asking when I can expect the link, first email was ignored and the second email was responded by a manager but it was vague and just said “you will receive your link soon” that was it. Even if the email said you should receive the email within the next couple days or the next week I would of been happy but instead it was vague and still have no clue when I’m meant to receive this link. I decided to message the cpd courses Facebook page just to see if they would be able to help me. And no luck then. I still don’t have a link to start my course when I was meant to start over a week ago which I wouldn’t mind if someone would just tell me when I can expect it! It’s a link sent by email why should it take over a week to be sent to me? It wouldn’t be an issue if the customer service was better and someone just explained to me the situation on why it takes awhile.
So my issue isn’t how long the link takes to get to me, my issue is how bad the customer service seems to be in just advising me on my link. Apparently I’m not the only one who has had these issues in the past and it’s a re-occurring issue and quite common so save your money and don’t buy courses through reed and CPD as you might as well throw you money in the bin

The course material has been copied and pasted from many well known website. The more time I spent the more I realised this course would not be valid for anything. Stopped after the 4th module. When I called for confirmation it was a valid course, the person could not speak fluent English. Very disappointed that Reed recruitment back such a lucid scam

I started this course about a week ago and completed unit one for my Events Management Level 7.
I purchased the course from Reed saving me over £1000. The course details came within 48 hours and I could access the course quickly.
Once I completed my first unit, the assignment was marked within 5 days. My only negative point is the feedback is very little (not even a full sentence) and gave me full marks which makes me worry if they give out full marks all the time?
Besides the above worry, I am happy with how the course is going and would recommend for anyone that wants to boost their CV!

I enrolled for a level 7 course. Reed saved me several hundred pounds by a very low cost £10. I was contacted by the course provider within 48 hours of enrolling with reed. I down loaded module 1. It's gone well so far. Thought I'd post this online as I have only heard negative stories on trust pilot so far.

I bought a course on 17.07.2020 through Reed . Co. UK. In an email Reed affirmed that the course provider will contact me within 48 hours to provide the course details. It is 17.08.2020 today and the course provider has not enrolled me on the course as yet. I have emailed several times to Reed Co. and the course provider , without enrolling me on the course, sent me login detail which I already know . It is one month since I bought the course and I am still waiting to be enrolled on the course and to get the
course material to access it. It is a shameful customer service and I wonder why the standard and quality of customer services , which used to be a hallmark and proud for this nation , has fallen to this low level in the UK ? I hope a responsible person from these companies would read the review and consider their policies and services carefully if the reputation and goodwill mean anything to them.

I don't think it's a legit training facility at all. No communication whatsoever...

Service is poor / non existent. They provided a Certificate that was corrupted at the top and the training material was poor and duplicated across courses. Reed the sellers of the course did not care until I wrote to James Reed. CPD theirselves ignore emails.

Con Artists. It has been 48 hours and no contact from Reed or the course provider CPD Courses. I could at least get an email telling me I am getting my details in x amount of time. Maybe there is a delay but I have up until now, received no communication from reed or cpdcourses about the issue.
